Minori, nice to meet you here 😆.
Congratulations on your 300CI🎊🥳🎉!
It's a dazzling and pleasant feeling to see you enjoying your drinks at a godly pace, but with all your might ✨.
Let's have another drink together sometime soon 🍶.
Thank you 😊.
I'm the type of person who gets really into this kind of thing, so I'm going to do my best to enjoy it as much as I can without destroying my body.
Memorandum
Sake rice Dewa Tsanzan
Sake mother rice Haenuki
Polishing ratio 50%.
Sweet and fruity on the palate. The lingering taste is sweet with a touch of astringency and bitterness. Not persistent. Delicious.
Dry junmai made with Yamagata's original sake rice, "Dewanosato". With a sake strength of +20, one would expect it to be very dry, but it is an excellent sake that retains its umami flavor. Perhaps it is because the rice is 70% polished. But it is also refreshing. We recommend it.
I served it with my favorite Tori-Irai Negimata.
Rice: 94% Dewanosato, 6% Dewasanbai
Polishing ratio 70%.
Yeast used: Yamagata yeast
Alcohol content 16.5
Sake degree +20.0
Acidity 1.5
Amino acidity 0.9
This is my first time to try Tohokuizumi's Nama-shu.
I had it cold 🍶.
The first aroma is slightly sweet.
In the mouth, it is dry and refreshing as is typical of Tohokuizumi, but it has a slight flavor of Omachi.
The more you roll it around on your tongue, the more umami it tastes.
I thought it would be delicious warmed up, but when I looked at the menu on the website a few minutes ago, it was gone, so I guess it was sold out.
It was quite delicious 🍶✨️
