［The third round of drinks is here. Now, for the third sake of the turnaround, here it is 🍶. Haginotsuru Junmai Ginjo Betsujikomi (Kotatsu Cat) Slightly melon-like fruity aroma, sweet umami that easily flows into the mouth, and a gentle fruity sweet aftertaste. The label is cute, and the words on the back of the label [People who like cats and sake are all good people] are soothing 🥰.

It has a gorgeous aroma and a sweet mouthfeel. The aroma of rice depends on the orikiri, and the flavor is not so strong. I think I buy it every spring because of its cute label.

Fruity. It has a leesiness that becomes more complex when mixed with sourness and bitterness. Kotatsu Neko is like a plum wine, and Sakura Neko is similar to it, but a little melon-like. Sakura Cat is a bit more fizzy and light. I like both.

A fruity but Japanese-like sense of déjà vu: ...... What is it? I thought for a moment, "It's plum wine. The aroma, sweetness, and seed-like bitterness are all somehow plum wine-like. The Cat Label series are all sweet and fruity, but this one might be the sweetest of them all. It is delicious. (I kept this one in the fridge to compare it with Sakura Neko. (I kept it in the fridge to compare it with Sakura Cat, which is indeed delicious when sipped over a kotatsu (Japanese low table).

The 🌸 blooming has been announced today! The bottle was opened at the same time 😊. The aroma is more subdued than expected Light gassy feeling in the glass. Delicious with gentle sweetness and light acidity I'm going to mix it tomorrow and enjoy the light nigori.

I'll take a Hagi no Tsuru today 🐱🌸. It's the Sakura Neko I've always been curious about but never got around to buying. The label is cute. It has a little cage. The aroma is sweet, like rumney or peach. On the palate, it is sweet and sour, bursting with fresh acidity, and disappears nicely. The taste is similar to that of Amamiya. It can be drunk as a mealtime sake or on its own in a leisurely manner. I would like to drink Kotatsu Neko as well. Delicious✨
