The third and final bar was a Japanese sake bar.
The menu is limited to alcohol (mostly sake) and bottled water, and you can bring your own food 🤣.

So my wife, who can't drink, retreated to the hotel 😱.
They didn't have any sake from Hiroshima, so we had a favorite of one of the regulars sitting next to us.
I was drunk and the second picture is blurry, so I don't know the specs 😩.
I felt it was too sweet, so I went for the dry recommendation for my second glass 😊.

Slightly stronger acidity.
The acidity is not so strong that it becomes unpleasant,
Personally, I don't like it.
However, when paired with food, especially strong-tasting meat
but when paired with food, especially strong flavored meats, the acidity turns into a nice taste.
Recommended as a food sake.
I wonder if it is an original product of Mutoya in Miyagi Prefecture.

There are a lot of spring limited edition sakes out there, and with Hagino Sake Brewery, I thought it would be for glasses only...,
Today I selected this one, which I was told is medium-bodied and well-balanced ✨.
It's definitely not too spicy, not too sweet, light and easy to drink...after all, Haginotsuru is Haginotsuru and has a very beautiful and delicate mouthfeel!
I have the impression that it is more of a pre-dinner drink than a mid-dinner drink, and is best paired with a refreshing vegetable-based appetizer.
The grilled chicken with lots of garlic and salted malt that I had prepared for today was a splendid competition with the leftover Hamamusume from last week.

The aroma is sweet and the sweetness is strong and light. I feel that I can enjoy it as much as I want. The accompaniment I prepared was dried bonito from Miyagi Prefecture, which happens to be from the same place.
When I first tasted the sake alone, I thought it might not be a good match, but it has a gaseous taste and a weight at the end, so it takes on the bonito's strong flavor well.
