This is the first time I have had Hagi no Tsuru.
The aroma is gorgeous, like grapefruit. The taste is sweet with a big kick.
I thought it might be good to drink it on the rocks in the hot summer. We immediately tried it on the rocks, and it was great!
The sweetness was softened and it went down smoothly and quickly. It was delicious!

Yuki-san was tasting a sake with a label he didn't know, so I asked him about it and he said it was Haginotsuru.
I decided to try it too 😋.
It's a low-alcohol test brew, and from the label, it looks like it's made with multi-acid yeast.
It has a juicy sweetness like green apple with a gentle mouthfeel.
Hmmm, so many sake I want 🤔.
It seems like a long time ago that the cherry blossom season was in full swing in these days of heat 😑.
This year, I was able to get some 🐈🌸sake just in time for the cherry blossom season, so I savored it while thinking about the passing season 😌.
The third picture is hard to recognize, but it's a cat looking at the cherry blossoms 🐈.
I found it in a corner of the fridge at a store I wandered into, marked as a rare item. I bought it immediately😍.
I have had Hagi no Tsuru before, but this is the first time I have seen Gin no Iroha.
I will enjoy it with high expectations 😊.
A pleasant sweetness goes from the tip of the tongue to the center of the tongue 😋, along with a modest and delicate acidity.
Soon, at the back of the tongue, bitterness appears.
Then again, a slight glossy sweetness bounces back from the center of the tongue to the tip. There's a lingering freshness.
As the temperature settles down, it becomes only sweetness, and not a nastiness, so it ceases to be sake❓
It seems to be wrapped in sake.
It is delicious!
On the second day, the first sweet and sour taste appeared, followed by a slight astringency that also came across on the tongue. Then a pleasant sweetness oozed onto the center of my tongue.
I was wrapped up again🥰.
It is a Yamada-Nishiki sake with a slightly unique aroma.
The mouthfeel is light, maybe a little dry. The taste is firm. The aroma is a little sweet.
