Drinking at home (3) Haginotsuru
It's been a long time since I had a kotatsu cat.
When I drank it before, I had the impression that it was more refreshing, fruity and easy to drink, but the aroma? However, the aroma was so strong that I didn't enjoy it much.
I would like to try it again at a different time.
Memo📝.
As a pear type🍐 I have to buy it! So I bought it🍶.
...what a brilliant betrayal🤣
It's not a LaFrance lol
I let the day sit for 4 days but it wasn't!
It tasted like a proper Hagi's crane 🥹.
Hagi no Tsuru 🍶 Shiboritate Nama Nama Sake
Refreshing, like ramune, with a slightly chili and sour taste 😋.
The sweetness is moderate. It is light in the mouthfeel and the lingering taste of rice spreads well and has a good sharpness.
A good bottle. ❣️
It has a fresh and crisp aroma, a slight gassy feeling when you drink it, a juicy but restrained sweetness, and a clean finish with sourness and a bitterness typical of new sake!
The finish is clean and crisp with acidity and a slight bitterness typical of new sake!
Purchased at a kiosk at Sendai Airport
It's the season for new sake!
I found a freshly squeezed Haginotsuru and picked it up in seconds (laugh).
Being freshly squeezed, freshly brewed, new sake it was so fresh and the first glass had a slight bubbling.
It has a strong fresh acidity but very refreshing.
I think the acidity is relatively strong, but maybe it's tempered by the oli.
It is as refreshing and delicious as tangerines eaten over a kotatsu (kotatsu)!
The smooth mouthfeel and fresh acidity of the ogara-mi-gara are pleasant.
It is a sake with a full-blown freshness from the beginning to the aftertaste.
Sekisaba mackerel as a side dish!
