New sake exclusively for glasses.
It is a new sake, so it has a hardness, but it is tailored to be easy to drink with low alcohol content.
It has a little bit of acidity.
I have not had many of these in the past, so I cannot tell the difference in taste.
I wonder what they are doing to make it unique, since it has an impactful brand name.
I have to drink it properly.
It is a summer sake, but it is quite sweet.
Cat labels are generally sweet.
It has a slightly bitter and pungent taste that does not remain sticky. It is a bit gassy when opened.
Compared to the Natsu no Otoshiri that I had just had, this one has less acidity and is fluffy and mellow.
If you ask me if it is like a summer sake, I would say "hmmm...? but it has a sense of transparency.
I like it because I like sweet sake. It is delicious.
Junmai Ginjo was delicious, so we added Jun Dai. It also has a gorgeous aroma and elegant sweetness. The acidity is pleasant. A little too delicate for me. But it is very tasty!
When the temperature was raised a little, the sweetness and aroma became stronger, and it was even more delicious. I can't get enough of it.
Second SAKE WALK. This is delicious! The aroma is gorgeous and the light sweetness is irresistible! Goes great with the peperoncino style edamame that came with the set.
Beach 🏖️
From a clean mouthfeel, rich sweetness and acidity accompanied by a sense of transparency. It slowly finishes with a bitter umami taste.
This is a sake that reminds one of the beach, where one can feel the richness of the sunshine and the coolness of the sea breeze at the same time.

memo
The sake was brought to a sake club meeting and poured by a person sitting nearby.
Lucky because it was just talked about at lunch at a nearby bar (the food looks good, but it's always full) that day: ✌️
The taste was very presentable. I guess I was happy to drink it in the first half of my own energetic day.
