Sake rice and yeast Yamadanishiki × Kanazawa yeast

This is a crisp summer sake, but it also has a core that is typical of Hayaseura.
Kettle, nice to meet you🙇.
Are you from Fukui?
I've been curious about this "Hayaseura Ginjo Nama Sake" since I knew about it last year 😁.
I heard they don't sell it in a bottle, so I was hesitant about whether I could consume it or not.
Mr. Gyve.
Sorry, took me a while to reply😅.
This is brought in, so it's not on the menu.
I highly recommend "buying this bottle immediately" when you find it in a retail store!

Takahama-cho business trip in Komiya②.
We had another glass of "Hayaseura Junmai-shu" and another glass of the same "Hayaseura" Honjozo sake.
Hayaseura Honjozo
The sweetness of the sake was clean and refreshing, and the mouthfeel was also clean and refreshing, with a sweet, full aftertaste.
The entrée was local sea bream konbujime and bonito tataki.
You will fall in love with the taste of "Hayaseura" that brings out the flavor of konbujime and bonito😋.
The soup stock of this restaurant is especially delicious and goes well with sake ✨.
The manager told us many stories about Takahama Town and it was a fun night 🌃.
On a side note, the fried and soaked eggplant that was served to us was the most delicious 😄!
I enjoyed the evening to my heart's content, but the next day I was busy at work from first thing in the morning until late in the evening.
I sweated a lot, so I guess I sweated as much as I drank 🥵.
Hi Gyve, good evening.
I see you are enjoying your solo sake life 🎵.
I love kombusame (kelp sashimi). 🐟️
It's the perfect accompaniment to sake✨.
It's one of the best parts of drinking that you get to enjoy it with your snacks 😊.
Hi Jive 🐦.
I love drinking places with good soup stock, no matter what you eat 😊I like it so much that if you want, just the soup stock alone is enough for a drink 😆I was surprised when you told me about Wadahama last time 😳.
Hi ma-ki-!
I've been enjoying your specialty alone 🤣 since there were many beer lovers around us.
If you like kombujime, you'll want to have a drink at Toyama ✨.
Hi, Pon-chan ☀☀☀☀.
Dashi is the foundation of Japanese food 😁.
If it's good, why would it be good at any restaurant 😋.
The soup stock at Isakichi in Gion, Kyoto is so delicious that I end up drinking the soup stock with hot sake ✨.
Hi Jay & Nobby!
Sorry about the wife and kids, but in a way I feel like I can drink the most without feeling self-conscious 🤣.
I'm going to have a lot of summer work ahead of me so I'll have some delicious hydration ✨.
Takahama-cho business trip in Komiya ①.
After enjoying Yakiniku with the members of this project, I shifted to a solo drinking activity from here 😏.
I went to KOMIYA, a pub I had researched beforehand 🚶.
I was curious about the menu, so I decided to try the fried fried egg with a side of local sake 🍶.
Hayaseura Junmai Sake

The aroma of cool rice, the taste is clean and clear with a firm sweetness and a clean and clear aftertaste.
[Deep-fried fried egg" is a gem of three half-boiled fried eggs soaked in dashi broth.
The fried eggs, whose flavor is accelerated by the dashi broth, are irresistible.
Masaruya version of Hayaseura. I was hooked enough to drink it again.
Is it because it is a limited edition sake?
It is a slightly dry sake that is versatile as an all-around food sake despite its rarity.
