♥♥♥♥💙 Loved the Hiyayogoshi I had this year so much I got the Honjozo. It's called "mellow umakuchi", which means it's clean but has a distinct Hayaseura flavor. I'm not sure if it's the same thing or not, but I'm sure it's a good thing. It's also very good value for money.

Today I will have Hayaseura for the first time in a year. It seems last year I was drinking winter sake and this year it is summer sake. It's cute with a mermaid on the label 🧜.
It seems to be an orizake and the spiciness and deliciousness falls on the tip of the tongue. As the temperature rises, it loses its sharpness and becomes milder. I have paired it with horse mackerel sashimi and oden and it is delicious 😊✨It goes well with Japanese food. Delicious✨
