去年店頭で見かけて気になってたけど値段がネックでスルーしたお酒。在庫処分なのか2割引だったので購入してみた😅 1年経ってるから少し不安だったけど熟成感は無くフレッシュで甘旨。甘過ぎやろってくらい甘い🤣 だけど少し甘ダレしてるような印象。製造日からすぐ飲めばめっちゃ美味しそうな雰囲気めっちゃ感じる。

Although it is a honjozo, it is skillfully brewed without giving too much of an alcoholic taste. It has a moderate sweetness, umami, and a good sharpness, and you can faintly feel the presence of good quality alcohol. Although it is not a major brand, it was very tasty! Sake My Life
Pineapple, which is felt immediately from the aroma. A true ethyl caproate. This feeling is Kameizumi CEL-24. The taste is also guttural sweetness and fruity. I'm glad that it can be swept away like this. To be honest, the aroma and flavor are so intense that it gives me a headache when I drink it. The alcohol content is 19%, which is quite robust. It tastes like a combination of Kikusui Funaguchi can and Kameizumi cel-24. It is probably not something you would drink on your first sip. It might be interesting as an accent if you add it when you are drunk to some extent. It has the potential to be competitive in garlic stir-fries and grilled dishes. It can also be used with fatty foods. It makes you want to have something to go with it. Please try it.

I found Masukagami in the neighborhood (in Kamo city) of the liquor store I stopped by last week when I went shopping in Niigata (Echino Yukitsubaki is also in the neighborhood). Of course, the liquor store also had Muskagami, so I bought it. It is fresh on the palate, and the umami and karami rush in with a bang. It retains the Niigata sake flavor, while at the same time it has a modern feel. No wonder it was so popular at the Sake-no-jin.

It retains the sweetness of Manjukagami, but is clean because it is 40% polished. The taste is full of Genki, which is unique to the original sake. It was a sake that you could drink as much as you wanted because it had a nice sharpness.

F40 is all you can drink..! After drinking junmai daiginjo, unfiltered nama sake, junmai nama, etc., this is still good even though it is much more matured! Although it is a regular sake grade, it is an unusual regular sake brewed by polishing Koshitanrei to 40% of daiginjo-grade. At the sake camp, we compared it with J50g (Junmai Daiginjo-genshu), which was also extremely tasty, and we were happy to have it again. It is fruity and refreshing, but the presence of this umami is amazing! It's to the point where a drunken person would look twice in the mouth. It is amazing.
