去年店頭で見かけて気になってたけど値段がネックでスルーしたお酒。在庫処分なのか2割引だったので購入してみた😅 1年経ってるから少し不安だったけど熟成感は無くフレッシュで甘旨。甘過ぎやろってくらい甘い🤣 だけど少し甘ダレしてるような印象。製造日からすぐ飲めばめっちゃ美味しそうな雰囲気めっちゃ感じる。

Our department head's favorite Manjyukagami A former colleague of mine (from Niigata) told me that it was a perfect match for our department head, who loves dry sake, so he ordered some and brought it to us. Although it is a honjozo, it is skillfully brewed without giving too much of an alcoholic taste. It has a moderate sweetness, umami, and a good sharpness, and you can faintly feel the presence of good quality alcohol. Although it is not a major brand, it was very tasty! On a trip to Niigata. It was recommended to me at Miyakoya Sake Shop when I told them my preference. He said he likes dry but with a touch of sweetness. The aroma is sweet sake. It is round and dry...tangy, clear and dry with some sweetness. That's right! Delicious! I drank it chilled today, but next time I will try it heated. I was told that both are delicious ^ ^.
