I went to Mamiana, a sake bar attached to my favorite sake brewery, Sake Miyakoya.
Too good...!
A cozy bar with a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy a wide variety of rare sake, drink from 180 yen for 50ml, and try various kinds of sake at a reasonable price, as well as delicious food, and drink light or strong.
The staff is also nice.
First up is Manjushugami F50, an unusual regular sake, a dry sake with 50% polished rice,
It is a dry sake that is refreshing but also has a complex grain-derived umami flavor.
