F40 is all you can drink..!
After drinking junmai daiginjo, unfiltered nama sake, junmai nama, etc., this is still good even though it is much more matured!
Although it is a regular sake grade, it is an unusual regular sake brewed by polishing Koshitanrei to 40% of daiginjo-grade.
At the sake camp, we compared it with J50g (Junmai Daiginjo-genshu), which was also extremely tasty, and we were happy to have it again.
It is fruity and refreshing, but the presence of this umami is amazing!
It's to the point where a drunken person would look twice in the mouth.
It is amazing.
A friend gave me this drink 🪞.

Yoshike Cup Sake 2024 Season Opens!
We found a new face amongst the steadfast lineup.
It has a refreshing taste and goes well with sashimi!
It was delicious!
My nephew bought this 7,000 yen daiginjo on a business trip to Niigata.
It was a refreshing sake, with a hint of ginjo aroma that lingered on the palate, and went well with osechi.
Thanks to my nephew.
Okan~✨It's been a long time!
It's a Daiginjo, isn't it? You warm it up?
It's so mellow! The rice isn't so strong because it's a Daiginjo! Interesting!
Warm softness as it is! Soft and warm!
It is a regular sake with a strength of 15, yet it has a fragrant ginjo aroma.
After swallowing, the middle and last notes have a slightly peculiar taste, but since this is a sake with a ginjo aroma at such a reasonable price, those who like it will probably drink it in droves.
