去年店頭で見かけて気になってたけど値段がネックでスルーしたお酒。在庫処分なのか2割引だったので購入してみた😅 1年経ってるから少し不安だったけど熟成感は無くフレッシュで甘旨。甘過ぎやろってくらい甘い🤣 だけど少し甘ダレしてるような印象。製造日からすぐ飲めばめっちゃ美味しそうな雰囲気めっちゃ感じる。

I went to Mamiana, a sake bar attached to my favorite sake brewery, Sake Miyakoya. Too good...! A cozy bar with a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy a wide variety of rare sake, drink from 180 yen for 50ml, and try various kinds of sake at a reasonable price, as well as delicious food, and drink light or strong. The staff is also nice. First up is Manjushugami F50, an unusual regular sake, a dry sake with 50% polished rice, It is a dry sake that is refreshing but also has a complex grain-derived umami flavor.
