On a trip to Niigata. It was recommended to me at Miyakoya Sake Shop when I told them my preference. He said he likes dry but with a touch of sweetness. The aroma is sweet sake. It is round and dry...tangy, clear and dry with some sweetness. That's right! Delicious! I drank it chilled today, but next time I will try it heated. I was told that both are delicious ^ ^.

Sunday we had a senior soccer league ⚽⚽No goals but 2 assists from a through pass and a corner kick😁2nd practice game against a team of faculty and staff in their 20's❗Young and running 😨 I played side back while whimpering 😊I think I was able to control this side 😊1 vs 1. I had to pick up my child from club activities, so I went home! It's fun to play against a strong opponent 🎵It's very hard 💪I had some discomfort in my right tibia, left hamstring and left knee, which had been separated before 😅... My mother-in-law made dinner for us and we had a great time! We had our first Manjyukagami to go with it❗ I got it from Yuka-Chin ❗Thank you so much 🙇 Yuka-Chin sake will be going on for a while so I'm going into Yuka-Chin zone, or Chin Zone for short 😳. I thought it would be a neat and dry Niigata sake, but it was quite sweet and tasty 😋 It was not too sweet and had an excellent aftertaste that didn't linger ❗It was a sake that felt like it was made with the utmost care and attention 😃.
