I bought this as a souvenir from my trip to Aizu✨.
I had my family waiting for me, so I bought a bottle of Banjo Kotobuki summer sake? I didn't look closely enough to see if it was 13 degrees 😱! I didn't look closely enough to see if it was 13 degrees 😱.
It smells like lychee with a gentle sweetness 🍉.
This is water!
It was delicious, but be careful with summer sake: ⚠️
Hi Mamio 😃.
13 degrees means good water 💧 😆.
Is "caution required" a caution against drinking too much light summer liquor ⚠️ or a caution against alcohol deficiency without looking at the label ⚠️ 🤔 Which is it!
Jay & Nobby, good evening 🌛I bought it without knowing and note the lack of alcohol ⚠️ 😁Low alcohol is safer to drink without going on and drinking too much 🤣 but wine is more intoxicating with the same alcohol content, which is strange 🤔.
Posting No. 420
Sake made with Association #3 yeast. I bought it because it is interesting.
I don't know if it is a characteristic of the No.3 yeast, but the aroma is like a distilled spirit and it has a wild body.

Personal preference
I was attracted by the refreshing bottle. It is rare to find a sake from Namie Town!
The taste is very good with a good balance of sweetness, sourness and spiciness. However, as you drink it, the spiciness wins out and becomes a little stronger.
It is a perfect match for a soup curry, but it is still good.
It is a light, crisp, and refreshing sake. The label says it is inspired by the summer sea, and it certainly has that flavor. Surprisingly, it went well with soup curry. ★★☆☆☆
It is a rainy June.
The master left in a hurry because there was a liquor store in the neighborhood that he wanted to visit. When I asked him about the situation, he told me that he used to run a liquor store in Namie, Fukushima Prefecture, but after the earthquake, he came to Osaka where his relatives live and started a liquor store in our neighborhood. As a lover of Tohoku, I had to go. ‼️
It was very stylish, a liquor store in a home. The store was filled with wine and mainly Iwaki Kotobuki sake, as the son had worked at the Namie warehouse of Iwaki Kotobuki.
The combination of the kind father, cheerful mother, and son who never stops talking about sake was wonderful. ❤️
We were looking for a bottle of Banjo Kotobuki made with white malted rice, but they didn't have it. Instead, they brought out a bottle from the back that was also made with white malted rice and was planned and developed by a staff member who enjoys running marathons at the Namie brewery😍.
The aroma is elegant Banjo Kotobuki itself. The first sip is softly tinged with citric acidity from the white koji malt. I thought it would be more sour, but it was a gentle sourness. It was so delicious that I couldn't stop drinking. Of course I drank it all up😅.
Good evening, Wakata-san. I have to tip my hat to your husband's research ability to find a liquor store near you that has a connection with Iwaki Kotobuki! As the name "Runner's High" suggests, it is a citric acid water that can be drunk without hesitation🍶💨.
Hi Hirupeko, Good evening 😃This runner's high was so easy to drink 👍😋 I was told that it was from last year, so I did feel that it was a bit mildly sour. I'm not sure about the source of your husband's information either 😅.
I drank "Abe" in one night and opened a new bottle today. I haven't had that much Banjo Kotobuki, but it's a summer sake, skipping the regulars.
I like the label so much that I bought a packet. It has a nice atmosphere, just like the name "Sazanami". The taste is also refreshing and gentle, reminiscent of gentle waves. It is gentle on the palate. I would like to drink it totsutsu while watching the bright sea in the noon calm.
It is a little sweet, so I am wondering what to pair it with. Well, it might be good with white meat fish sashimi or grilled fish.
