I left Iyari-ri for tomorrow, so I opened a bottle of Gorohachi which was in the refrigerator.
By the way, this is treated as a liqueur.
When I drank it again, I realized that it has grains of rice, a thickened taste, and sweetness, which explains why it has been popular for a long time. The owner of a liquor store in my neighborhood loves this and keeps a lot of bottles aged every year. I haven't visited him recently, so I might drop by this weekend for the first time in a while 😄.
