I got this as a birthday present.
I feel it's a Miyagi sake.
It's austere and heavy.
I think it's only for sashimi.
Great with sashimi.
Other than that, I think it has too much personality.
Still, it's delicious!
<Sweet and bitter classic.
This time, this baby is a PB from Sake no Kawashima, a sake store in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, and although it's a brand I don't know, I'm not familiar with regular Sawanoizumi either, so let's drink it without preconceived notions here.
The aroma is sweet and bitter with a burnt taste of rice.
From the moment you put it in your mouth, the sweet bitterness spreads. From there, it gets even sweeter. The sweetness is like marshmallow and the bitterness like roasted nuts is powerful. The acidity is slight, making it a robust classic type.
The entrée is a yukke (sweet shrimp). It is also full of flavor and goes well with the sweet and bitter sake.

This sake is like the "Red Pig" of Ghibli's "The Pirates of the Caribbean". It has a strong bitterness, yet it looks like it's having fun.
Satisfaction level:★★☆☆☆

Sawanoizumi learned last winter in Naruko Onsen
Sake from Tome City in the mountains of Miyagi Prefecture
A brewery that produces a traditional sake that looks great warmed up.
I became a fan and bought it from the brewery's website.
It's delicious, a crisp, spicy, dry sake.
It can be heated up, but at room temperature, the hiyaoroshi sweetness is wonderful.
The sweetness is wonderful at room temperature.
I drank it heated, drank it at room temperature, and drank too much.
Normal sake near Sanzo. (Sanzo here refers to plain alcohol with additives other than alcohol, just to be clear.
The grapes are quite fresh on the palate. It has added sugar, but the sweetness is fairly restrained. It is light and refreshing, but leaves a slight tangy aftertaste.
This is the 400th bottle of the One Cup One Pack Festival.

When I come to this store, I can't help but drink!

It is a refreshing Junmai-shu with a crisp and clean taste that you will never get tired of drinking!
15%, 60%, sweet and creamy aroma, light and smooth, mellow (is this the impression of other Gin Iroha as well?), gentle, plump, sweet, and without any peculiarities. It has a sweet, gentle, fluffy sweetness, with no peculiarities, and is easy to drink! When you know how good it tastes, all the noise around you is like noise!
Sake Pairing Omise @ Namba
Hamo (conger eel), sea urchin, and itouri (melon) in a julienne-like sauce
It goes well with the dashi julée of itouri - refreshing!
