Polishing ratio 45%, alcohol 16%, sake degree -1.5, acidity 0.8. Purchased in Miyagi Prefecture, where I visited for the first time in several years to visit a relative. It is an original bottle from Nishijo Sake Brewery. The label is a stylish design of a rising dragon, which appears when the bottle is turned sideways when poured into a glass.
It is delicious with a fruity aroma and an aromatic mouthfeel! It also has a sharpness that keeps you going. It is a very beautiful sake with a sophisticated feel. It is a sake that is hard to find in the Kanto area. Since the brewery was nearby, I wondered if my grandfather, who loved sake, drank sake from this brewery. I was thinking about it as I enjoyed the sake.

The taste is not so bad, so it is best to drink it in an izakaya or Japanese-style restaurant with a group of people, and then check the taste with the meal... but you have to try it to get started.
It went well with the thinly sliced clams wrapped in egg.
