Toyoshimaya is located in Okaya. We wanted to visit the brewery's store, but it was closed on Sundays, so we gave up. I found it at Tate-Shina Free Farm and took him there. 1,100 yen is inexpensive!
I guess things have calmed down a bit since it was first released a month ago. I opened the bottle with no difficulty.

After much deliberation, I decided to have a second glass of Kamidori "Meiri" from Toshimaya in Okaya City. Normally, I am a Junmai (pure rice) drinker and do not order alcohol-added sake, but if it is Toshimaya's top brand and they have put as much effort into it as they did in their exhibit, then I am sure I will be able to enjoy it!
It is dry, but has a pleasantly full flavor characteristic of the water (from the Kirigamine water system) in the Suwa region.

It is crisp and dry, but not too dry, and has the flavor of a Junmai Daiginjo. It is a sake from Nagano, but in a sense, it gives the impression of being a sake that would be brewed in Niigata Prefecture. The owner told us that it goes well with meals, and we immediately enjoyed it with our evening drinks. It certainly does not interfere with sashimi or meat, and the sake goes well with both.
It is rich and mellow, with a sweet, rich flavor.
It is full-bodied and does not lose out to food, and its umami flavor spreads out and is delicious. It is good to drink slowly and in small sips as a mealtime sake.
