This is the first time for me to drink Kikusen (maybe). I am not very good at aluzoe, but this one was tasty and refreshing without a strong alcohol taste. It was my favorite of the three.

I thought she might be able to drink cheaper with the family discount, but alas 😢. Since the last Ryuki was sweet, we wanted to try something a little dry, so we went looking for some Shizuoka sake 🤗. I don't have an image of Shizuoka sake as a modern sake, but I wonder if there is any 😅. Well, I took it out of the fridge and drank it cold 😃. Yes, it's refreshingly dry but surprisingly soft on the palate and easy to drink 😗. I thought this would definitely taste better lukewarm 🍶, so I warmed it up and the mouthfeel became softer and softer 🍶❣️ It is not a sake that has any special characteristics, but the price is reasonable, so it is worth buying 🤭.

Arrived in Ito and bought it at a local liquor store. This was also in dancyu, lol. I paid for it to be brought in and drank it at dinner at the hotel. It was delicious, with a refreshing acidity and smooth taste!

Today I will drink the sake I received. This is the first Kikusen I have ever had. It seems to be made from Fujieda Yamada-Nishiki rice It seems to be made from Fujieda Yamada-Nishiki rice. The aroma has an apple-like fruitiness. After the initial umami, a spiciness comes slowly. I had it with oden, but the spiciness seemed to stand out because of the sweetness of the oden 🤔. I feel that the spiciness stands out 🤔. It is delicious with yellowtail jerky or grilled fish. I think it goes well with salty things like sashimi and grilled fish. Delicious✨

Since the other day, I've been in the mood for a sake that is easy to pair with side dishes. I'm going to buy some dry sake, which I usually don't choose. I have an image of light and dry sake, so I have probably had it at an izakaya before, but I had never bought it before. This is my first brand. Tonight's meal is tuna and sesame buri. I opened the bottle immediately. Yes, it is light and dry. Just as I wanted. Just as I wanted it to be. Next time, I'll try heating it up.

Sake that you buy regularly and keep at home Good cold sake, good at room temperature, and good warmed sake. It has a mild umami flavor that spreads gradually, and the spiciness is enhanced when it is heated. It goes well with Japanese food, but is also good as a stand-alone sake.

At the end of last year, I took a day trip to Izu with three of my drinking mom friends ⁉️, or rather, we spent a day soaking in sake. This is the sacred sake of Raikyu Shrine. This shrine is said to be visited by people to abstain from alcohol as well as for family safety, good harvest, and prosperous business... We did not abstain from alcohol, but drank the sake with the hope that we could continue to drink in good health and not fail even if we drank. And I have paid for the amulet in the third picture "sake difficulty prevention"...now I am invincible 😆. Last summer, I couldn't see the fireworks 🎆because I drank too much ⁉️ and the fireworks were over.... This time, I went to Izu where I could see the last fireworks in 2023, and watched them safely under the cold weather for 20 minutes 🎆 with revenge.
