Kikusen, the last of the kaiseki cuisine
For the record
I was too drunk to remember what it tasted like...
I do remember that it was fruity and delicious lol
My first sake from Shizuoka🍶.
It was sweeter than I expected and easy to drink with food, with a light, refreshing taste and the deliciousness of the rice.
It's a good cost performance, so I'm sure I'll be a repeat drinker 🥳.
I was busy when I went back home to Osaka, so I'm late posting 💦.
This is a souvenir from when my parents went back to their hometown in Shizuoka for the New Year's holidays. It's quite rare.
Cold sake.
The aroma is subdued.
The water is soft but crisp, and the taste is light but has a clear sweetness.
The aftertaste is normal.
Ideal as a mid-meal sake.
Suitable for intermediate level sake drinkers.
It is refreshing, has a slightly sweet aftertaste, tastes great, is reasonably priced, and is great as a food sake! It's also reasonably priced and great as a food sake!
It's been a long time since we've been able to buy it in Osaka because we don't know where it's sold.
