This is the first time for me to drink Kikusen (maybe). I am not very good at aluzoe, but this one was tasty and refreshing without a strong alcohol taste. It was my favorite of the three.

I thought she might be able to drink cheaper with the family discount, but alas 😢. Since the last Ryuki was sweet, we wanted to try something a little dry, so we went looking for some Shizuoka sake 🤗. I don't have an image of Shizuoka sake as a modern sake, but I wonder if there is any 😅. Well, I took it out of the fridge and drank it cold 😃. Yes, it's refreshingly dry but surprisingly soft on the palate and easy to drink 😗. I thought this would definitely taste better lukewarm 🍶, so I warmed it up and the mouthfeel became softer and softer 🍶❣️ It is not a sake that has any special characteristics, but the price is reasonable, so it is worth buying 🤭.

I bought it earlier this spring and it stood by in the fridge for a long time. On entry, it has an acidity reminiscent of Kamishinko and smooth yogurt, and a soft, sweet aroma reminiscent of cotton candy. In the mouth, the rice flavor gradually spreads over the calm acidity. The sweetness of the rice at the entrance is now set back in a good way, with a good sharpness that spreads through the volume of the rice. This is wonderful! This is the first time I've had it, but it has a beautiful sense of umami from the rice that doesn't choose food, a balance from the entrance to the middle part of the bottle, and a good sharpness. It is very good. You can continue drinking it on its own.

Outside drinking. I asked the waiter to give me a refreshing drink with less sweetness 😁. Here is what came out. The color is clear. The aroma is not removed. There is a slight alcohol taste in the mouth. The sweetness is pear-like. The taste is as smooth as water. The ginjo aroma is rich. The aroma is mellow, but the smoothness of the throat passage gives the impression of transparency 🍶. I would like to try a higher grade sake next time 🍶😋.

I like dry sake, so I asked for a dry sake and this is what I got. I thought it was mild for a dry sake. But it was delicious. It went well with the bonito tataki.
