Shiga no Nami no Otto - Tatete - Tamaei
Fruity sake. But it doesn't disturb the meal.
With the famous Toro Reba skewers.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 15%.
When you take a small sip, you can smell a faint aroma of black honey and a hint of aging,
It has a melting mouthfeel, a honey-like sweetness, and a very strong bitter aftertaste. At first glance, the heavy aftertaste might make you tired of drinking it because it is an old-fashioned sake, but it is not as persistent as one might expect from a new sake made in an old vase.
(But it is not as persistent as one might think... (But one must have a tolerance for old incense...)
Very graininess and richness.
It is dry, dry, and its flavor stands out when warmed up.
It's not that it's not good cold, but it's overwhelmingly good warmed.
Mr. Ota was in Shizuoka
Mr. Ota was revisiting Oishi Shoten in Shizuoka!
What a great story!
I haven't been to Shizuoka for a long time, and I envy him!
