The aroma is subdued.
It has a soft sweetness that is almost lactic acidic, and a light, hardy sake quality. The taste is contradictory but cohesive, light, and easy to drink. At this point, I had drunk at least 4 gou of sake, but it was so delicious that I could easily drink it again and again!
