It was suddenly in stock for the first time at a nearby liquor store. I was torn between junmai ginjo and tokubetsu junmai and decided on tokubetsu jun.
It has a clean flavor and goes down the throat gently. It has a freshness of unfiltered raw sake, but it is not rough and very tasty! Thank you very much for the food👍
Hello, Tsuyodai😄
I stopped by the store before I went on instagram and found it, so I bought it. I couldn't ask her about it because her husband wasn't home, so I decided to make it extra pure😅.
It is clear with a slight yellowish tinge.
Soft acidity, a bitter taste spread to the upper jaw, and a slightly sweet yogurt-like taste on the tip of the tongue.
The bitterness spreads as I continue drinking, but it is pleasant because it is never unpleasant, and this emphasizes the pleasantness of the yogurt-like flavor.
As the temperature settled down, the flavor became more and more pronounced. But even as it gets stronger, it is moderate and pleasant. From the nose, the aroma was like when containing yogurt 🤤.
A little strange 😁.
It has a clear and smooth mouthfeel, with a soft flavor and good sharpness typical of a 60% polished sake. This sake is also suitable for a mid-meal drink.
Fruity with a pear-like aroma.
The sweet and sour taste is very delicious.
This sake is from Izumiya in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture.
A great sake to drink after eating sardine rolled in seaweed as a Tsumami.
I asked NAGI if they had any sake from outside of Fukushima. I was told that the sake was made by a person who trained at Tenmei's Akebono Sake Brewery, and that is why they have it here. The sake is dark, which is probably typical of Shiga Prefecture.
