This sake was created by the young successor of the brewery, who wanted to make a light and easy-to-drink sake. He was trained at Akebono Shuzo in Tenmei. Expectations are high 😊. It has a beautiful sweetness and is very easy to drink ❗️ It seems to go well with any meal and is a versatile player. I hope more and more young sake makers are getting involved and the sake market is expanding 😆.

[I like it, ferry 😆 ] I've had a couple of sake from Watarifune so far, and they're usually good 😋, with a nice balance of umami and bitterness from the gentle sweetness. I think Naminoe is a rare brand that you don't see much in Tokyo. I bought it for the first time, and I got the impression that it is moderately sweet and refreshing. The aroma in the background is a fresh melon candy type. It is more suitable for simmered dishes than sashimi👍.

Fruity with a pear-like aroma. The sweet and sour taste is very delicious. This sake is from Izumiya in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture. A great sake to drink after eating sardine rolled in seaweed as a Tsumami.

I asked NAGI if they had any sake from outside of Fukushima. I was told that the sake was made by a person who trained at Tenmei's Akebono Sake Brewery, and that is why they have it here. The sake is dark, which is probably typical of Shiga Prefecture.

This is one of the liquor store's hanpukai I had never heard of this sake brewer before, but apparently his son is famous for joining Real Madrid's lower division (I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with the name 🙇‍♂️). When I drank it, the sweetness spread over my mouth, but it was not a sticky sweetness, but an elegant sweetness! There is no carbonation or fizziness, and no aroma, but the taste is refreshing and delicious! I am amazed at the variety of sakes available every day! I would like to try other brands if I have a chance, as it seems to be a Shiga sake! 3.7/5

The second cup of Taubei Gakkai Nami-no-one in Shiga Prefecture, which seems to be the first brewery. Is it because they are conscious of foreign countries that they use horizontal characters?
