This sake was created by the young successor of the brewery, who wanted to make a light and easy-to-drink sake. He was trained at Akebono Shuzo in Tenmei. Expectations are high 😊. It has a beautiful sweetness and is very easy to drink ❗️ It seems to go well with any meal and is a versatile player. I hope more and more young sake makers are getting involved and the sake market is expanding 😆.

[I like it, ferry 😆 ] I've had a couple of sake from Watarifune so far, and they're usually good 😋, with a nice balance of umami and bitterness from the gentle sweetness. I think Naminoe is a rare brand that you don't see much in Tokyo. I bought it for the first time, and I got the impression that it is moderately sweet and refreshing. The aroma in the background is a fresh melon candy type. It is more suitable for simmered dishes than sashimi👍.

Fruity with a pear-like aroma. The sweet and sour taste is very delicious. This sake is from Izumiya in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture. A great sake to drink after eating sardine rolled in seaweed as a Tsumami.

We had a new one opened and it was starting to blow up quite a bit. Nama-shu, nigori, beware of blowout, this literally is a fresh and delicious sake.

It is mild and well-balanced with no particular sharpness. The top aroma is slightly melon-like and pear-like. It is slightly dry, but the umami of the rice seeps in pleasantly and gradually. You will never get tired of drinking this sake. Thank you for the sake.

I ordered Naminone. This was also ordered at room temperature, this one was ordered hot from the start. The first sip was hiya, which was refreshing and easy to drink, but I think it would be easier to drink cold. When I tried it again hot, it was a little more rounded and mellow, and the aroma wasn't too bad either 👍
