Fukui Sake 🍶. While waiting for the Thunderbird on a business trip to Fukui, I went to a bar and compared three different kinds of sake. I had three kinds of sake selected on my own. All were delicious and it was hard to choose one over the other, but the Manazuru sake was my favorite! I wish I could have had more!

Second one today. My father-in-law stocked it on a mountain climbing trip to Fukui. My brother-in-law said, "First it's "gah," then it's "su," then it's "un-cha-cha-cha," and so on. Sorry for all the onomatopoeia. I didn't understand it at all. I didn't understand it at all.

My wife's grandmother turned 100 years old and we went to Osaka, my wife's family home, to attend a celebration party. On that occasion, we had an Osaka (Kansai) off-line meeting. Once again, thank you all for your help. On that occasion, Mr. Jive prepared local sake from Fukui. Thank you very much. We had it immediately. Gorgeous aroma. From the clean, ginjo-like flavor, it gradually developed a firm sake taste. It was a well-balanced and delicious sake.

The sake rice is Gohyakumangoku. It is characterized by sweetness and acidity, but is rather complex and unique. It has sweetness and acidity, but of course it is very different from wine. The flavor is somewhat reminiscent of sake lees. It is best served chilled as an aperitif with light appetizers.

Sake from the sake hanpukai at a local liquor store. Slightly fruity aroma. It has a strong umami flavor and a crisp, light mouthfeel. When warmed up a little, it softens and sweetness can be felt. It is best served lukewarm.

［On the day of working on sake activities, I left SHIMA & coffee & sakes and went to my in-laws' house to wish them a Happy New Year 🚃. We greeted my in-laws, my wife's sister and her husband, and their children for the New Year, and then we all decided to have dinner at Tarusushi, which my father-in-law had reserved for us 🍴. My father-in-law, who is a barley shochu drinker, suggested we have something to drink, so we looked at the menu and saw a sign that said "Hidden Sake". I knew I had to order it, so I did and here it is 🍶. It was probably my first Manazuru sake, even though it was local 🎉 Manazuru Junmai Daiginjo Sakakuhomare The aroma was slightly melon-like, the mouthfeel was juicy and mellow sweet, and the finish was clean, clear and sweet. ［Sakahomare is a newly developed sake rice in my hometown of Fukui, and although it has a strong image of being basically dry, I was surprised that it could be brewed as it is with a mellow sweet taste. It was quite tasty, but as soon as I opened it, another customer ordered it and it was instantly empty 💦. Ono, where the brewery is located, is a place of deep snow and famous water, and other breweries such as Uno Shuzo (Ichinotani) and Nanbu Shuzo (Hanagaki) also have breweries in the area. I had to work the next day, so I left Taruzushi and took the train home 🚃. And then there is an additional time called transit time 🤣.

Heshiko's Narezushi after a year 🍶 with a side dish. It's not bad to drink it chilled, but personally, it's one that's too good to drink chilled. When you drink it warm, the umami and sharpness come out. Personally, I prefer to drink it at a higher temperature, such as kamikan (上燗). The aroma is relatively mild, but the first sips are enjoyable! It is not too sweet or heavy, so it can be served with a wide range of snacks! It goes well with winter ❄
