7/10
As it was the last sake of the day, I assumed it would be warmed up.
It tasted like it would warm up beautifully after being served cold for a bit.
I was told that 45 degrees was recommended, so I adjusted the temperature by 5 degrees, starting at about 35 degrees.
Yes, indeed, 45 degrees is just right.
If you go up to 55 degrees, it tastes like it's going to lose its flavor.
It was a good ending.
Marushu Fresh Fish Store near Yoshizuka Station
Drink it cold
The aroma is almost imperceptible.
Slightly classic taste in the mouth
It is a dry sake that doesn't expand in flavor and quickly becomes sharp.
When paired with sashimi, it refreshes the palate but does not seem to go well with it.
When served with pickles, you can taste the sweetness of the sake.
Like the same brand we drank before, it gives an impression similar to shochu (Japanese liquor).

Business trip to Osaka today.
With a heavyweight from the Kansai region, what to do this term...
Meeting with people paid 😊.
This is Kitashinchi restaurant but nice and quiet 🤫.
Oita 🍶. It was clear and dry.

At room temperature.
Mild aroma.
The texture is clean and soft.
Pure sweetness like peach comes first, followed by light rice flavor.
It is slightly full-bodied and has a beautiful mouthfeel.
Comfortable to drink.
I like it.
Good pairing with soft-tasting namul.
Not too much
I stopped by one after a company drinking session at a restaurant. It was the first time for me to try orikara-mi, so I drank it.
It was not as cloudy as I expected, and I remember it had a clean, sweet taste.
I should have uploaded this when my memory was clearer...
