This is the first Takaraiya in a long time.
It is not so much dry as it is refreshing and light.
When we tried it warmed up, it tasted softer, so we alternated between warmed and cold sake in the second half.

Takaraiya is a common place in Fukuoka. This is my first time drinking.
Cold sake.
It has the acidity and richness of a sake made from the traditional sake yeast, but it is sharp at the same time. It gives the impression of being relatively easy to drink even for beginners.
The aftertaste is normal.
Recommended for beginners.
The smell of rice is gentle but also gently fresh.
The palate is soft and delicate.
The taste is elegant and rice-like.
The mouthfeel is mildly delicious.
It is somewhere between classical and modern.
This is what I thought was good with sesame mackerel.

Hatsu Shibori-nama sake sold at a supermarket on New Year's Day.
The aroma is quite gorgeous, and it has a refreshing, albeit slightly bitter, taste.
However, since it is a pure sake at 18 degrees Celsius, I was a little concerned about the alcohol taste that lingered on my nose.
