The other day, I bought a bottle from a liquor store...Jungin brewed with Sake Komachi from Akita Prefecture...I love the aroma...and the taste is sweet and delicious...I love it! I like this one....

Jay & Nobby Good evening 😃I have been to Nabaten's brewery and purchased Fudo, but this sake🍶 is new to me. It doesn't have the quirkiness of Fudo and is delicious 😋It might taste better if you open the bottle a little 🤏more than when you open it.
The taste is not boring. It has a fruity flavor. My father-in-law and I drank it all at once. But after a long time, I was able to feel again the quality, the depth, and the pleasure of sake in the scene of sharing sake.
I started to remember my favorite sake, the first brand!
A crisp, clean sake that I like. It tastes better when chilled in the fridge.
The color is light yellowish.
I also discovered that the color doesn't photograph well 🤣.

We chose this one because it is locally produced and consumed in Chiba, after all!
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a deliciously mellow taste!
It is just the right balance for Japanese food!
And the restaurant Sakura PRIVATE LABEL is very attractive!
