Drinking out after a long time. At a skewer shop in the neighborhood. After the beer, we drank Kamotsuru with Hiya. The aroma has a strong alcohol feeling, but the taste is soft and refreshing. However, the sweetness, umami and sourness were not felt so much, and there was no depth. I was happy to be able to drink out after a long time.

Ask for other all-you-can-drink options! First up is Kamotsuru. You don't see this kind of sake very often. I love this kind of Showa-era atmosphere that you can sometimes find. I don't remember the taste. Thank you very much for the sake!

I drank this when I went back to my parents' house for New Year's. It was an old sake that had been sitting for more than 30 years since the Showa period. I like it a lot, like Shaoxing sake. But it is surprisingly easy to drink. My parents don't drink much sake, so they use it as a cooking sake. What a waste.

Full workday after 9 consecutive New Year's holidays 😓It was hard 😮‍💨 Today I had a glass of Kamotsuru that my niece brought as a souvenir from her New Year's vacation 🍶It is a delicious sake that can be served cold or warmed 😋.

I wanted to drink Harushika's toso sake on New Year's Day, but they were out of it, so I bought a bottle of the original toso sake. I forgot about it and didn't prepare the sake for the toso 💦. That's right! I have just one gou of that sake I got. Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 16° C to 17° C I made it with 30ml of mirin (sweet sake) for 1 gou of this sake, and it was easy to drink without the usual sweetness. It was very smooth and tasty after a few hours! And as usual, it was hard to get the gold leaves out 🤣. But I think sweet is the way to go for a toso 😁. Next time I make it, I'll choose mirin (sweet sake)!

Hi Takubon 🐦. I have been drinking sake since I was a child 😋 and I was the youngest in my family, so I always had it in a small sake cup 😆. It's easy to make, just soak the sake in toso and mix it with mirin 😁.

It was a sake that had won a gold medal at the National New Sake Competition. It was not for sale, so there was no front label, only a back label. From the moment the bottle was opened, the aroma of ginjo spread out in a fluffy breeze, The taste was light and dry, with a deliciously spicy flavor. The sake was clean but had a robust quality, and it went down smoothly without any cloying taste.
