When you drink it, it is sweet! It has a rich, fruity flavor, like a condensed white wine! The aroma is like that of white grapes, and it is truly wine. It is an interesting sake to drink slowly and savor it.

This low-alcohol sake is more like a white wine than any other sake I have ever tasted, with low acidity and high sweetness from wine yeast.
When I did a blind test, I found that the top aroma was also wine-like, so I could have mistaken it for white wine. The ingredients are listed as rice and rice koji.
I wonder if it would go well with western style dishes.
