I was able to visit only four breweries this year, but this was my personal No. 1 of this year's Saijo Sake Festival.
It has a pleasant aroma of grape-like aroma and a full flavor after drinking, and I preferred it to Gold or Futatsuru.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The taste is unbeatable for the price of 4,000 yen for a 4-goupe bottle.
Walking along the sake brewery street, I heard several people enthusiastically saying, "Kamotsuru Gold is the best sake in Hiroshima. Kamotsuru Gold is the best sake in Hiroshima," said several people enthusiastically, and it is probably the best sake brewery in Saijo in terms of name value. I think it was a good thing that the line was not as long as at other sake breweries, as they offered a paid tasting of a set of sakes that would appeal to a lighter crowd.
☀️
Saijo Sake Festival.
We were given a tour of the brewery and tasted 🍶 at the end.
Sweetness and fragrance of white peach 😊.
It feels refreshing and light on the throat.
I was allowed to compare it with other kinds of sake so I could feel the flavor of Daiginjo more. ☺️
The explanation of the brewery tour was also very detailed.
I learned a lot 🧐.
I bought a limited edition sake from the Sake Festival 🍶. I'll post that later... 😆.
Hi Hiro, good evening!
[I still use the Masu I bought at Kamotsuru when I visited the Saijo Sake Brewery in the past 😁.
[Saijo Sake Festival is a sake event I want to go to at least once in my life ✨I'm so jealous 🥰.
Good evening, Jive 🌙.
I see you have been to Saijo. ❗️ It was the first time for me.
The Masu you received will be a memorable sake cup for me 😄I'm planning to use the Masu from Fukubito myself 😆.
Good evening, Hiro-san.
Saijo's sake festival is fascinating.
I went to Saijo the year before last and the year before that with a group of volunteers, and although it was not a sake festival, everyone was impressed. Saijo now has 7 breweries, and we call it "Dragon Ball Searching".
Good evening, Kosuke 🌙
Thank you for your comment 🙇♂️
Regular Saijo is also very appealing as you can drink slowly😊I guess if you go around 7 breweries, your wish will come true 😊❗️ I think I will revisit to get my gal's panties in a bunch 🐲.
The last of the drinking comparison set I got from my juniors as a birthday present last year 🎁It's sweet yet refreshing and easy to drink 😆 Delicious~(*´~*) Thanks juniors! (Thank you juniors!)
250 yen for a 110mm glass is too cheap,
Is it the best?
It's for restaurants only, so it's not available at retail.
It is made with Association No. 5 yeast (Kamotsuru yeast)!
🌾Hiroshima Nishiki 🅰️15 degrees 🔗Kyokai No. 5
It is a limited edition purchased at the brewery's direct sales office. We bought it with the expectation of finding out what the fantastic Hiroshima Nishiki is. It has a strong flavor that is typical of Japanese sake without appealing to everyone. If you think it has a strong flavor, you can drink it on the rocks.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
Saijo version.
First time drinking.
The image of Abe Obama is still strong.
It has a smooth texture on the tongue and is free of any impurities, which is typical of daiginjos.
The sweetness and spiciness is just a little bit sweet. It is not sharp.
It is not sharp, nor does it have a noisy aftertaste.
This is a sake that can be enjoyed with such comfort all the time.
I love herbs...
Not the smelly meat ones, but I love celery and parsley ❤.
I remember a wine I had a long time ago called Edda that smelled like oak and was delicious... I've been wanting to try it again and I found this sake at an aeon near me 🤭.
It doesn't say anything about the rice polishing ratio, but I'm guessing it's a ginjo-shu.
It tastes like it's been aged in oak barrels!
The sweetness and spiciness is described as medium, but for me, it's a little spicy...lol.
It's a light, refreshing sake.
At room temperature, it has a texture similar to that of whiskey.
Fermented drinks are very deep...
