School Trip for Adults in Nagoya
I wanted to come here on the way back from visiting Ise.
We went to a long-established izakaya (Japanese-style bar), Daijin Honten.
Mr. Rui and Mr. Ota visited us too!
The rule is that you can get snacks and sashimi on a tray.
You can get them on a tray by yourself!
You order drinks, oyster butter, grilled oysters with miso, etc.

Reservations are required because of the popularity of the restaurant, but
but the turnover is fast.
I recommend the special order Kamotsuru sake from Daijin.
It was cold, so we had it hot 🍶 and it went great with oyster 🦪 butter and miso grilled oysters!

Kamotsuru Junmai Ginjo Moeibuki
This brewery is located in Saijo, Higashihiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture.
The rice is polished to 60% "Moeibuki" grown in Hiroshima Prefecture.
