We got this as an option of the Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai, but Ane-san, who opened it earlier, praised it highly, so our expectations are high. ✨️

The nose has a faintly fruity apple aroma, a smooth apple-like umami sweetness, a gentle kick, a pleasant mineral aftertaste, and a slight bitterness at the back of the throat at the end.

The fusion of Omachi's typical flavor and the apple flavor typical of Shinshu sake makes this a bottle that must be repeated!
We got smoked salmon and chanja at the Hokkaido products exhibition held at the only department store in Fukui, and then moved to the basement to have a full course meal of roast beef and kombujime (sea bream).
The smoky and tasty [smoked salmon] is a perfect match for Shinshu sake 😋.

Well, it was hot and humid, so I thought it would be nice to have a drink that goes down your throat, so here it is. Oh, no, I've never had it before, but I got the impression from the label💦.
I really like the smell of gas when the bottle is opened. After smelling it for a while, I take a sip. Wow, I like the taste too. At first it is slightly sour, then the sweetness comes. It leaves the back of my throat without leaving a bad feeling in my mouth. I don't know how to describe it 😆 but it is very tasty. I was so impressed that I chose it.
This is Miyajima Selection from Miyajima Sake Shop's hanpukai, do they usually sell this? If there was, I would buy this sake.
I recommend it to those who like refreshing sake!
