The strong gassiness is pleasant and seems to be a good sake to serve to a large number of people for a toast.
When the gas was gone a little, I felt a strong sweetness, which I did not like, but after leaving it longer, it became more accustomed to the taste and became more delicious.

My favorite big snowy valley: ❗️
I heard that the fire-brewed version of this sake is available at mass merchandisers.
But this time, they don't have much of the raw sake. ❗️
The aroma is subdued.
The taste is just the right amount of sweetness: ❗️
There is no bitterness or habit and no alcohol taste like a sake with alcohol.
It is a very easy to drink sake without any bitterness or habit 😊.
It's also cosy, about 1200 yen for a bottle of No.4 ❗️
It seems to go well with a variety of meals.
I think I could have had a bottle 🤔.
It is easy to drink and very tasty 👍

I've been wanting to drink it since I saw the Sake no Wa post, here ‼️ I found it chock-full in the corner of Yodogawa Sake Shop's fridge 😳I didn't even look at the label and was happy to take it with me👍.
So last Friday I had a bottle of Daisetsukei from the series I've never had before 🤗.
A bottle that fits our innocent nature 😊.
What? I'm not sure if it's "ignorant sake" or ⁉️ but it's true that my knowledge of sake is equal to ignorance 🙄 I'm the type of person who drinks by feel 😅...that's why it's innocent 🥹.

It has a nice sweetness and a light acidity.
It has just the right amount of sweetness and light acidity to make it a 🈴 certified drinkable by international J&N standards 😙I'm so glad I got to drink it 😙.
By the way, I went to the liquor store over the weekend to pick up 3 bottles of Tasake's Tokujun, which is my goal for this year, and 2 bottles I haven't tasted yet 🙂.
Then I saw that they were having a lottery for No.6 at the cash register, so I thought I might be able to go again! and I immediately entered ‼️
I had registered the name of the store in my cell phone this time and I was ready to win 🤗.
I was supposed to call to report my win yesterday, so I carried my phone with me all day long... but this time I didn't get a call 😢.

Today is a big snowy day.
This was my first time in Daisetsugakei.
It was totally different from what I expected, and I felt it was very dry.
At first sip, I thought it would have a mellow attack, but it had a sharp, forkball-like aftertaste and bitterness.
I may have felt it much different from the official flavor description 🤔.
Postscript
On the second day, I did indeed get the citrus feeling that the official description describes. It's not as strong as Forkball, but I still feel the sharpness and bitterness strongly.

This sake is a collaboration between Daisetsuken and Goichi Wain. It was stored in red wine barrels, so it has a very beautiful slightly reddish color!
