Azumino's sake brewery Daisetsukenkei. hirondelle, the fifth in the series of mountains named after famous peaks in the Northern Alps, is one associated with Tsubame-dake, the Queen of the Northern Alps. During last week's consecutive holidays, I took her to Tsubame-dake together because it was a good opportunity.
It is a sake that has been aged at low temperature for half a year, so it has a sweet and bitter mellow taste, with a little gasiness. It is still a good Daisetsuken.
I didn't finish it on top, so I'm emptying it a little at a time so as to savor the aftertaste.
