Shimosuwa Onsen collective purchase⑤.
It is the first time to grow up in the snow in Daisetsuken. It is said that it is stored in a snow room and matures slowly, further deepening its fruity flavor.
When you drink it, it really has a deep umami taste. ❗️ It is not "umami" right after you drink it, but quietly delicious after it passes through your throat. ‼️ It is a step back in taste and you will unconsciously drink it repeatedly. I want to keep drinking it at a local izakaya while eating local food normally❣️
It's called "mountain sake," and it's a sake that accompanies mountain foods in a humble way. Thanks for the treat 😋.
Good morning, Mr. Powan Powan 😃.
I've seen on sakewa that there are many good sake breweries around Suwa, so I'd like to visit there sometime 😙.
I love the quiet and delicious snowy valley 😌!
Hi Jay & Nobby. If you want to visit sake breweries around Suwa, Kamisuwa is the place to go, but if you want to stay overnight, Shimosuwa is definitely the place to stay ❗️ You can enjoy drinking and eating at a Nakasendo inn town that has not yet been discovered by visitors to Japan✨.

I was allowed to drink the sake that Umaisan was drinking!
It says it's dry, but as Gura-san's review posted the other day, the dryness is almost nonexistent and the sweetness is more memorable.
I've heard that dry sake made by a brewery that brews sweet sake is not as dry as they say. What do you think? Kouji and Senzuke are the same.
Umaisan, you were talking to a regular who was sitting next to you. I was able to talk to the regular who was sitting next to me, and I was able to realize how good of a communicator he is 😊.
He also talked to the cab driver a lot 😁.
I was in the area on a trip and stopped by the sake brewery.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the fruity flavor and sweetness of the sake. The aftertaste is a bit like lactic acidity, and it has a long aftertaste, but it is very refreshing. I like the taste very much. It is delicious.
Daisetsuken in Nagano. It is a very famous sake in Nagano, but unfortunately you don't see it very often in Tokyo.
It is really delicious and reasonably priced, and I respect Taisukei for their efforts.
This time, my boss got some in Chiba and brought it to the company, which I gratefully enjoyed.
Fresh Alps, delicious!
Next time, I would like to go to Nagano and have some Hanamon Daisetsuei that doesn't spill outside.

Hot days continue 🫠.
Great snowy valley suitable for summer! We took it to Mr. Mizukami and opened the bottle immediately.
Since it was so hot, we opened it in a glass we got at the brewery's store.
I heard it was made in a thermal tank for summer. It is low in alcohol, but it is slightly effervescent, chili, and shuffling.
Lunch was miso ramen at Marimo, which I hadn't had in a very long time.
It was 920 yen.
Hello, @Mizuhashi!
I like the idea of a special glass of sake 😋.
It's getting hotter and hotter, so recharging with a good drink is becoming more and more a must 😁✨✨.
Hi ma-ki 😃I think it was a gift for purchases over 6,000 yen.
I think it was a gift for purchases over 6,000 yen, I bought about 4 bottles 😄.
It's hot today too 🥵.
On a trip to Nagano, I sampled 6 different kinds of sake at the Nakamise street of Zenkoji temple.
The sake is very dry and light, and is made to suit soba (buckwheat noodles), so it must be made to suit zoba.
On a trip to Nagano, I went to a place on the Nakamise street of Zenkoji Temple to compare 6 different kinds of sake.
Easy to drink, robust and fruity.
Summer Sake of the Great Snowy Mountains: ❗️
Aroma is modest, I guess.
Slightly sweet with a hint of bitterness.
It has a freshness.
It's a very tasty summer sake 👍.
It's a sake that you can drink with ease 😃.
The first big snowbank since 2019. Not clammy at all. Pithy and fizzy. Clean and refreshing green apple-like flavor. The aftertaste is also refreshing, but not nearly as dry as the description suggests. Great Snow Gorge, add it to your favorites.

Fruity rice on the palate, gorgeous sake. Good cosmetics ✨.
Otter-like? It was also mentioned that it is similar to Ganki. The only difference is that it leaves a slightly pungent aftertaste.
