I wanted to try the Junmai Ginjo, but it was sold out, so I bought the Special Junmai.
When the bottle was first opened, it was crisp and bubbly. After the bottle was opened, the bubbles were crisp and bubbly, but after it settled down, it had a muscat aroma, a slight sweetness, a strong rice flavor, and a crispness at the end.
At first, I could taste banana flavor, but after it settled down, it was muscat.

Soft and fruity aroma
The mouthfeel is soft and cool, but at the same time it is tangy, giving the impression of a dry taste.
Rolling it around on the tongue, the flavor is thicker and more spreading and enjoyable.
As a food wine, it was delicious with strong flavored dishes without being overbearing and without interfering with the food. ✨️
Immediately after opening the bottle, the aroma is subdued and the taste is smooth. Two days after opening the bottle, the sweetness and umami become richer and more robust. Taisetsukei is delicious.
I don't know what the difference is with Tsuruya... lol.
It has a flavor that conveys the deliciousness of rice, typical of junmai sake.
I compared it at room temperature and chilled, and I recommend chilled. There is no unpleasant alcohol taste at all, and it goes well with any snacks that go well with rice, such as sashimi!
Super slightly carbonated, with a green apple-like aroma, sweetness, and rice flavor that comes on quickly and flows with a touch of bitterness 🍏.
I wasn't able to sample it at the brewery festival, but I heard that Nemuchi had tasted it before and enjoyed it, so I decided to buy it too ✨.
As I had heard, it has a freshness and a strong rice flavor, so I could gobble it up on its own 👍!
