This time it is Shichida.
It is a sake from Ogi City, Saga Prefecture.
I thought to myself, "Maybe I've never had it before? I thought of getting it.
It is a standard green junmai sake.
It is a GI Saga certified sake and I was excited to hear that the rice is reihou, which sounds very Saga/Nagasaki 😊.
Start with room temperature.
Beautiful greenish hue.
The top aroma is full of rice, banana, and green bamboo.
From the slightly thickened mouthfeel, the taste is full of thick, juicy bananas and condensed rice.
The fruity acidity and bitter bitterness are just right, and the crispness from the thick impact is already a good impression 😎.
To be heated.
Spanning and sharp spiciness, and banana umami can be drunk without hesitation,
The way it is sharp,
Anyway, it makes me want to drink more and more.
It is a sake that can be served at any temperature,
It was the right decision to bring back a bottle 😆👍.
Even famous sake,
There are still many sake that I have never tried!
I have never had before!
I drank it for the first time this year and loved it.
Hiyayogoshi is also delicious ❣️
The taste is round and melts in your mouth!
I love the rich flavor that only a low-polished, matured autumn sake can have 😋.
After Nabeshima and Koeikiku, my favorite Saga sake has increased 🤭.
Good morning, Master J&N😊.
I was torn between two types of Nanada hiyaoroshi, the pink labeled Aizan and this Omachi, but I chose this one because of its autumnal hue 😙 Hope you both enjoy your Saga sake too 😙.
This is my first Shichida, which I have longed for!
I also like Nabeshima, so I wanted to drink this Saga sake very much!
I received it as a gift from a dear friend.
It was a handsome, muscat-like, delicious sake!
