☀️ It's called Aisan ❤️, but it doesn't have the sweetness that is typical of Aisan ❤️ 🙄. The main flavors are umami and bitterness, with a hint of sweetness in the aftertaste 😙. The sharp profile does not mellow the mouthfeel 🤔. It is something that overturns the image of Aizan ❤️ 🤔. I guess it is the antithesis of "Aisan = sweet" 🤔.

What a lot of drinks with "seven" in them: seven waters, seven laughs, seven days, seven powers, seven wisdoms, etc. ‼️😯 And now, to celebrate Jay & Nobby's 700 check-in 🎊 at Nanamizu, we too are celebrating with the opening of our own Nanada 🎉㊗️ This Nanasan was also elegant, well-balanced, and delicious - ‼️ and the celebratory mood makes us even more excited ⤴️🥰! The menu consisted of standard shabu-shabu and braised pumpkin and pork cartilage. On the second day, yellowtail sashimi, salt grilled autumn fish, and autumn flavors. ❤️The second day was a little more spicy, but the taste was delicious without losing balance. It is a good match for Japanese food after all 💕. From now on, the season and the dishes will change drastically in the autumn and winter season. So I'm looking forward to the banquet even more 🙌‼️

Nanada Aiyama no Kata no Hiyoroshi Compared to Omachi, it has a soft aroma of Japanese fruits such as grapes, pomegranates, and loquats. The first sip is characterized by a soft, sweet and fleshy mouthfeel, rounder and mellower than OMACHI, with a mild acidity. It was the kind of sake that stands out more when drunk on its own. Omachi is a food sake, while Aizan is a sake to be savored slowly by itself. I think Aizan is the type of sake to be savored slowly on its own 🤔.

Hiyoroshi, the one from Oumachi by Shichida-san. I am an idiot who read "Shichiden" until a while ago 🥺. It has a sweet aroma of ripe bananas with a little crisp nuance and no peculiar smell. The first sip is characterized by the deep umami of rice and firm acidity, giving the impression of a medium to slightly dry taste 😋. It is rich but has a crisp aftertaste, and I was drinking it while thinking that it would definitely go well with the autumn taste of Akinatai fish 🐟.
