Junmai Junmai Unfiltered from Shichida. I prefer Tenzan from this brewery, but it was no use if the liquor store in Hakata sold only Nanada.
Good snacks make good sake.
I don't mean to be rude to the sake brewer when I say this, but it's not true.
This is a great sake.
A modern sake with an excellent balance and a classic, relaxed taste.
In conclusion, I can't get enough of good sake with aji sashimi. I am happy to drink Saga sake in Karatsu. This is also good.

Active, settled. I opened the bottle with a push.
I still want to drink this in spring 😭.
It's a dry, slightly sparkling wine with a hint of orikara. It is a good summer sake if you make it on the rocks.
This is delicious enough, but I think I had it last year in the spring and it was delicious, so I tried it again in the summer and it had calmed down.
Well, I guess it's a matter of taste. ☹️
