Today is the first Nanada Hiyoroshi 🍶 in a while.
I'm basically a Yamadanishiki guy, but this time I chose Omachi: ☺️
Nanada is good with any rice 😋.
The aroma is not so strong, and it has a stronger sake flavor than the usual Shichida, but it is very refreshing on the palate.
The mouthfeel is clean and smooth, just like usual 😊.
The aftertaste is also very refreshing 😅.
It's a 4 gou bottle but it got empty in no time 😅😅😅.
I was able to finish it in no time 😅😅😅.
Of course it gets a perfect score of 5 😍😍😍.
☀️
Sake rice is Aiyama🌾.
The sweetness of the rice is firm and sweet 😊.
Like ripe fruit.
The casual ginjo aroma is also wonderful👍
It's a hit after a long time 🎯.
It was a delicious sake, more spiral & tornado combined with the meat 🍖 flavor 🤗.
Friday. I'm working consecutive holidays 🥲 so at least I'll have a drink! My usual underground sanctuary 🍶 this week's event openings are
Shichida in Saga: ❤️
I followed the Sake no Wa check-in and found that the year before last I drank Aizan Hiyoroshi and raved about it!
Of course I bought it here then as well.
Tobu's Sake Market always has a great lineup of Nanada ❣️, but today I was torn between Aiyama and this one too 😁.
The takeaway was Shunyo, a low-protein sake rice!
Muscat & lychee flavor!
Now that's a real 70% polished ⁉️
So refreshing💕!
It's like a white wine 🍇!
14 degrees low alcohol, plus super reasonable ❣️
I've been drinking at home and I've been feeling relaxed, and I've noticed that I'm about to open a bottle.
It's a junmai sake that you can keep on drinking 😍.
It's been a long time since Shichida 🍶.
I often drink the 70% polished series, but it's been a while since I've had a junmai ginjo
but it's been a while since I've had an unfiltered junmai ginjo ✨.
Fresh aroma like green apple.
Slightly gassy with umami, acidity and sweetness.
It's still delicious after a long time ✨
Thank you 😋.
The second drink was Shichida. This color label is unusual. The aroma of rice is good from the restrained sweetness. The clarity with a gentle sense of umami. It is delicious. The soba noodles were also delicious. I now have more places to go to.
It was delicious.
As recommended by the liquor store owner, I drank it in the normal way and then shook it to let it mature.
It was mellower and easier to drink after shaking.
Purchased at a liquor store near my parents' house.
Last week I drank Omachi 50 and enjoyed it very much, so this time I chose Hiyoroshi Aizan 70% 50%.
The sweetness is a little subdued, but the umami is strong and there is some acidity, giving it a moderate sense of balance. The sweetness and umami of the rice remains for a while after drinking, so it is more like enjoying the aftertaste than the sharpness. It seems to be more suitable as an aperitif, but I personally prefer the Omachi 50, which has a stronger sweetness, as an aperitif. Today, I had it without an entrée.
