Even sashimi tastes different between squid and tuna.
It was a fun drink with different tastes!

Juicy fruity nose.
Freshness and fruity acidity,
Banana-like aromas, though not so fragrant.
Transparent texture.
After that, there is a quiet bitterness and a sense of rice.
It is very elegant and delicious.
4/5 stars for my liking.
