It has a light sweetness and restrained flavor.
It has a slight bitterness at the end and a refreshing finish that is typical of summer sake 😙.
It's perfect with tongue 😉 as it seems to lose out on the rich meat 🍖.
I can't resist the unrefined flavors that show up in between the meat 🍖s deliciousness 😋.
As expected of Mr. Shichida, the mavdachi of yakiniku.

I also received this 💁♀️ the other day, so it's fresh in my memory. ☺️ I had the same impression as Hiro-san. ‼️ It's not too sweet and crisp. It's like a summer sake 😅I wonder if it goes well with tang 🤤 but...I don't think I'll repeat it 😓.

This is my first time drinking Saga sake 🎊🍶🍶It's as crisp as it says it is 😄🍶The aroma is slightly fruity and the mouthfeel is a bit sweet, but the finish is refreshing 🍶.
If you give it to your son's wife, she will probably say, "It's delicious! I think if I let my son-in-law drink it, she would say "It's delicious!
But unfortunately, she is still breastfeeding, so I have to wait for another 6 months 🤣 shame ❗❗.

Junmai-shu (pure rice sake) with the concept of "cool and crisp in hot summer" made from 60% polished "Dewa Sanzu" from Yamagata Prefecture 🍶.
It has almost no aroma, but when you drink it, it has a subtle fruity and rice flavor, and the low alcohol content gives it a light, refreshing, mellow taste perfect for summer 😋.

Sweet and fruity style, one that’s easy to drink. Not a lot of complexity, but still can feel the umami from Omachi rice, so with slight bitterness at end. Easy and balanced anyway, so not bad.
