This is my first time drinking Nanada's Omachi.
The aroma is gorgeous. It has a mild, unctuous strawberry-like sweetness. It is well-balanced and delicious with a slightly sweet taste with a sense of Omachi rice.

The only sake from Saga prefecture is Nabeshima and Koeikiku, so I would like to try Shichida too😊.
As for the Negimiso gem, I think Ega said it was delicious in the video 🤔.

Refreshing aroma of chemical melon and pear.
When you drink it, it is soft and light on the palate.
The fresh flavor spreads with astringency and acidity.
It is so pleasant to drink that it seems to seep into the mouth.
Modern and delicious.
Goes well with avocado salad.

This is my first Shichida. It has a freshness that is typical of nama-shu, but also has a calm taste. This time it was Yamada-Nishiki, but it seems that there are different sake rice varieties under the same brand name, so it would be good to taste the difference in sake rice.
