Well, I walked today 🚶I started with a walk, about 20 km 😮‍💨, in order to run the City Marathon Fun Run (*11.5 km) in October. After that, sake 🍶😊 after a bath 🛀. Best ❗️ Now let's get started. The aroma is sweet and smells like banana🍌. In the mouth it is sweeter than ❗️ imagined. And the taste is like Omachi, with a hint of bitterness at the end. It's been a long time since I've had such a sweet and tasty sake. It will sting your tired body 😆. I served it with simmered bamboo shoots and fried bean curd. It has no bitterness and has a good texture. It goes well with this sake 😋. I think I will sleep well today 💤. Rice used: 100% Omachi Polishing ratio: 50%. Alcohol content】16度 Bamboo shoots and deep-fried tofu simmered in soy sauce Price including tax】2,200 yen

Opened with a deceptively easy opening 🧑‍🦲 Muscat type aroma ❓ spreads. The spicy gasiness and moderate sweetness are good 👍It leaves the full-bodied bitterness of Ory and tightens up. Good balance between sweet and bitter and dry. 😋 plum miso guy, fried chicken liver and gizzard, cream cheese, onion slices with baby sardines ◎It also went well with the cinnamon sweet potato to finish 😳.

Fresh aroma of melon🍈. Light, yet soft mouthfeel. The aroma makes you think it is sweet, but it is refreshingly dry. Well-balanced with a touch of acidity Fruity and quite juicy Drinking it is like eating a melon with green flesh 🍈. It's low alcohol with 13 degrees of water, but it's delicious 😄. Went to a beer festival over the weekend. I brought home 3 cans of Monkish beer that was bottled less than 30 days ago from California! Super tasty! Hops are endlessly fascinating💕💕💕

It has been a long time since I last tasted Shichida! I used to think it was a "sweet sake," but this one is unfiltered, raw, and moderately heavy and rough. As I drink more and more sake, I am able to rediscover the goodness of the sake I used to love in my early days. ☺️

The 7th Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix Shichida's booth. Mr. Sakaguchi, a sales representative, and the owner of a liquor store I sometimes visit were helping out at the booth. I wore my Tenzan T-shirt again today, so I stormed in, saying we are a family. The liquor store owner's face looked tired while he was helping 🤣. Shichida Junmai Shichibu Hashimai Yamadanishiki Tombaira Polishing Rice. It has a fruity taste and the acidity comes first. It is beautiful and tasty even at 70%-5%. Shichida Junmai Ginjo 50 Omachi Unfiltered Raw Fruity, dark and full-bodied, with a gradually increasing umami and sweetness, it is extremely delicious. I've been to the Tenzan brewery, so I'm a bit partial to it 😁.

We drank Shichida Junmai Shichibu Polishing Yamadanishiki Tonshi-Polishing Sake meter reading +1.2 More beautiful than the rice polishing ratio, probably because of the flattened and polished rice. Muscat-like Shichida Junmai Ginjo 50 Omachi Unfiltered Nama Polishing ratio 50%, Sake meter value -2 It is delicious with just the right amount of sweetness and flavor. I like all the series with this label.
