Shiga Local Sake Festival in Otsu 2023⑱. Takeuchi Sake Brewery / "TADAI" "KOU NO IZUMI" Shiga Prefecture Kanoizumi" is a regular brand that has been produced since the company's establishment. Tadai" is a brand launched for the national market. Meizu" is a brand that is distributed to a very small number of local sake specialty stores. Mr. Naoto Nakamura, the toji, trained for 6 years under Mr. Naohiko Noguchi, who is considered a legendary Noto toji. He always matures his hi-ire sake for at least one year. Kami-Sen Kounosen O-Mon A mildly sweet and tasty sake. It has a mild sweetness and umami taste. Not so impressive... I liked the fact that this time it was "Kano-sen" instead of "Yui", but I don't remember it because it was the last one 💦 Come to think of it, Takeuchi Sake Brewery was the last one at the Japanese Sake Festival, and I don't remember much about it 😅. That's the end of the Shiga Sake Festival 🙏. But since it's Sake Day, we'll continue with the second half of the Sake Go Around Kyoto 🤣.

Spring Storehouse Tour: Four Storehouses, so change the name to Four Storehouses 🍶 We participated again this year 🍶 WITH Rafa! The organizers of each brewery were putting their own spin on the event 🍶 The Koga Real Ninja Museum🥷 had tastings and direct sales from a total of nine breweries in Konan and Koga 🍶 So, we achieved nine breweries 🍶. I took home a limited edition sake recommended by Rafa-san at Kou no Izumi 🍶 bottled straight from the tank 🍶 fresh, crisp, and delicious 🍶 Thank you Rafa-san for a fun time! 　　　　　Thank you for the fun time 🍶 🎣 Correction 🍶.

Kou no Izumi Limited quantity sale sake Shiboritate Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake Today I went to the Shiga brewery opening 😊. Mr. Kyukura 🎣corrected 🍶 and gave us a tour of the 4 breweries 👍 🚗. He showed us around 4 breweries 👍 🚗. It's fun 🤣👍👍‼️ The last brewery we went to was Takeuchi Sake Brewery where we purchased 😌. Sold by weight and straight from the tank... 😆. Very fresh and delicious 🥰. I feel younger when I drink it 😁. I'm in my 20's❓30's⁉️... Almost 60😭‼️ Kyuzo. Thank you very much😊 🎣Correction 🍶.
