Kami-Sen Kounosen O-Mon
A mildly sweet and tasty sake.
It has a mild sweetness and umami taste.
Not so impressive...
I liked the fact that this time it was "Kano-sen" instead of "Yui", but I don't remember it because it was the last one 💦 Come to think of it, Takeuchi Sake Brewery was the last one at the Japanese Sake Festival, and I don't remember much about it 😅.
That's the end of the Shiga Sake Festival 🙏.
But since it's Sake Day, we'll continue with the second half of the Sake Go Around Kyoto 🤣.

Nemuchi, thanks for posting the Shiga Local Sake Festival ✨.
You didn't bring any Yuzu 😳.
I wonder if the Kou no Izumi was better for out-of-prefecture people because it's rarer 🤔 You didn't drink the Suzu Masamune 😁.

The brewery...hmm🤔
I heard that they haven't brewed sake since the father passed away, so maybe they didn't have any sake to bring?

You don't make sake? 😳I didn't know that because I've seen some very unique sake labels online 😅I thought your son had taken over the brewery and was doing a great job 💦.
