I had some preconceived notion that Yamahai was hard to drink, but I don't know unless you tell me. Even if you are told, you can't tell. Well, you might notice it by the color. It is smooth and smooth. It is gorgeous and sweet. Recommended for beginners of Yamahai.

Opened December 18, 2022 Purchased at the Ikebukuro Sunshine event. Just pouring it into the cup, it has an aromatic fragrance 😊! Silky, fine and seamless on the tongue! The slow sweetness like dried sweets soon left and was replaced by the sourness of pears 🍐. This would be a shame to gulp it down^Let's take it slowly😌.

Before Corona, Takeuchi Sake Brewery had a directly operated standing izakaya in Osaka, which I often visited. I bought this sake when I was near the brewery. It is a draft sake, but it is not very fresh, with a mellow sweetness at first, followed by a sharp spiciness. I hope they will bring back standing drinking after Corona is over.

A sake I had a while ago. I bought this bottle when I visited the Ninjutsu Village in Koga. It was my first brand from my first brewery. The aroma is fresh and fruity. In the mouth, it has a fresh acidity and a delicious sweetness. I didn't feel much fizz. The aroma lingers in the mouth. The aroma is more muscat-like. It is a little heavy, but refreshing. Bitterness appears from the mid-palate. The aftertaste is rather long. It has a freshness and liveliness that is typical of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It has a robust flavor, aroma, and freshness. I think I prefer to drink it by itself. Much tastier sake than I had imagined. I am very happy to have such an encounter on a trip. Degree of liking 87 points

I visited the Takeuchi Sake Brewery while feeling dizzy from climbing the mountain. I came down from the mountain just looking forward to it, thinking that since it is a sake brewery, I would be able to sample some of their products. But I was told, "We don't do tastings except when the brewery is open. But I was told that "we don't have sake tasting except for the first day of the brewery opening". Disappointing... Since we had come all the way to the brewery I asked for a sake that I could only buy here. I asked for a sake that I could only buy here, and this is what I was served. The umami is so powerful! It was as if I was drinking a solid block of sake flavor. The rice flavor comes through and lingers for a long time. This is my favorite type! I wonder if it is only available in March, as it is the last pressing. I want to repeat it next year.
