Before Corona, Takeuchi Sake Brewery had a directly operated standing izakaya in Osaka, which I often visited. I bought this sake when I was near the brewery. It is a draft sake, but it is not very fresh, with a mellow sweetness at first, followed by a sharp spiciness. I hope they will bring back standing drinking after Corona is over.

I bought this bottle when I visited the Ninjutsu Village in Koga.
It was my first brand from my first brewery.

I think I prefer to drink it by itself.

I visited the Takeuchi Sake Brewery while feeling dizzy from climbing the mountain.
I came down from the mountain just looking forward to it, thinking that since it is a sake brewery, I would be able to sample some of their products.
But I was told, "We don't do tastings except when the brewery is open.
But I was told that "we don't have sake tasting except for the first day of the brewery opening". Disappointing...

I bought this at the Shiga 4-sha Joint Sake Brewery Fair I went to the other day.
Takeuchi Sake Brewery had 8 free tastings, and this was the 5th sake.
I bought it because it was so tasty with a rich flavor and a good taste in the mouth.
I bought it because it had a rich flavor and was very drinkable after just a small sip.
Anyway, WW is very strong.
So, I decided to research what kind of food would go well with it, so today's dinner was
Braised flounder
Konnyaku with miso paste of konnyaku and butterbur sprouts
(Teppai is a local Kyoto term for squid and leeks, so I guess it's generally used with nuta.)
Soy milk and bonito tofu with bonito sauce and bonito sauce sprinkled with bonito sauce and bonito sauce
Vinegared cucumber and wakame seaweed stems.
In the end, the sake alone was so strong that I didn't need the dishes, but the Alc20 was too strong for me, and I was soon too exhausted to pair it with the food (- ▽ -;).
