Kou no Izumi Limited quantity sale sake Shiboritate Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake Today I went to the Shiga brewery opening 😊. Mr. Kyukura 🎣corrected 🍶 and gave us a tour of the 4 breweries 👍 🚗. He showed us around 4 breweries 👍 🚗. It's fun 🤣👍👍‼️ The last brewery we went to was Takeuchi Sake Brewery where we purchased 😌. Sold by weight and straight from the tank... 😆. Very fresh and delicious 🥰. I feel younger when I drink it 😁. I'm in my 20's❓30's⁉️... Almost 60😭‼️ Kyuzo. Thank you very much😊 🎣Correction 🍶.

New Year's Party & Welcome Party It was postponed due to heavy snowfall and it was in February. We had a party at a restaurant which promotes straw grill menu. Unusually, Shiga sake was on the all-you-can-drink menu. Omi sake brewed by Takeuchi Shuzo, a long-established sake brewery in Shiga. The sake won the gold medal in the 2022 National Heated Sake Contest. It has a mild aroma with a hint of sweetness. Slightly sweet Slightly sweet and umami. Slightly sweet and umami. It is delicious both cold and warmed. It has no sharpness or peculiarity. It is easy to drink with meals. and easy to drink with meals. I was curious about a menu item called "Straw Grilled Sake", but I forgot to order it. === Ingredients: Rice (domestic). I had some preconceived notion that Yamahai was hard to drink, but I don't know unless you tell me. Even if you are told, you can't tell. Well, you might notice it by the color. It is smooth and smooth. It is gorgeous and sweet. Recommended for beginners of Yamahai.

Opened December 18, 2022 Purchased at the Ikebukuro Sunshine event. Just pouring it into the cup, it has an aromatic fragrance 😊! Silky, fine and seamless on the tongue! The slow sweetness like dried sweets soon left and was replaced by the sourness of pears 🍐. This would be a shame to gulp it down^Let's take it slowly😌.

Before Corona, Takeuchi Sake Brewery had a directly operated standing izakaya in Osaka, which I often visited. I bought this sake when I was near the brewery. It is a draft sake, but it is not very fresh, with a mellow sweetness at first, followed by a sharp spiciness. I hope they will bring back standing drinking after Corona is over.
