R4BY Machida Brewery special order project? Gorgeous ginjo aroma? (Fruit type?) Sweet and juicy flavor, but the richness disappears surprisingly quickly, leaving a clean finish! 😍😍😍. I was happy because it was the first time I was able to buy Machida Brewery's sake! (I wish there was a special distributor nearby...)

The best sake. I really look forward to it every year, but this year's was a trihada of aromas when I just opened the package. Daiginjo? A different direction from last year's? Personally, I drank it the year before last? It was close to the one I drank the year before last. The aroma is fresh, gassy, and melon-like. Personally, the best sake I've ever tasted.

For the first time this year, Machida Brewery's special order project? We will have a 😁. Polishing ratio? Raw rice? Sake degree? And triple hatena 😆. Can anyone guess what it is? It smells a little like green apple. After the slight fizzy and sweet taste, the bitterness lingers. It's like the bitterness stays in your mouth for quite a while. But it is delicious👍. I might try it with strong tasting Chinese food 🤤.

I just got home from work and the soccer team won 🤗. I'm really happy because I used to play soccer in school 😍. Today I bought a bottle of Machida Shuzo's "content closed sake" again this year 🤣. The price of this year's sake has gone up a bit. The price has gone up a bit this year, but it's not because of the price increase. I'm not sure if it's because they are brewing to specs that they can't offer at the current price 🤔. I can't judge from here though since the contents are undisclosed 🤣. The aroma is clean and refreshing. It's like a combination of muscateliness and citrus. 🤔 When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the gas and the microbubbles 😆. It has a strong green apple 🍏-like sweetness. Also, bitterness and sourness are a bit strong 😃. I can't really taste the rice flavor or the taste of the rice 😅. It seems hard on the first day, so let's drink it over a few more days 🎶. So I'm wondering what kind of food to pair it with🤔. If I try to drink it by itself, the bitterness will bother me 😥. Like Shinshu Kamerei, which I drank the other day, I wonder if tempura and other fried foods would be good? Or dishes with a little bit strong seasoning? I'm not sure 🤔 It's a test brew, so I've changed it up this year 🤣. It's been a while since I've encountered a sake that annoyed me😍.

Miraculously, I got it🐶. When I went to the store, there was a sign that said "We're delivering, call us and we'll be back". I was lost, but it was worth calling and waiting! It's so sweet and delicious. It's now a dessert🐶.
