Weekend ‾~! Cork open 🍶.
No specs other than unfiltered...?
When you open the bottle... the aroma is strong and sweet, like a fruit 🍎.
And when you take a sip, you can feel its strong aroma and... rich sweetness✨.
It has less bitterness in the aftertaste 😊.
It also feels more like a sweet juice 🍹 than a sake 🍶.
Machida's direct pumping tasted as good as or better than Takachiyo's...so I wondered if it would be similar...but it was completely different. But it was completely different. ❗️
I can't stop my desire for sake because it is so deep 🤪.
Day 2 report: 🗒️
The sweetness has calmed down a bit ❓
The umami 🆙 has been improved, but the bitterness in the aftertaste has increased 😅.
Considering the cospa...I guess the Kuhyo Masamune from the other day is the military version ❗️
Posting No. 434.
This is my favorite limited edition sake that I haven't purchased in 2 years. The specs are undisclosed, except it is unfiltered, raw, and 16 degrees Celsius.
When I drank it, it tasted very juicy and very nama-zake-like, as always. The acidity, sweetness, and gorgeous fruity aroma are all strong, making it a very tasty sake.
Pairing with Ate
Bonito sashimi
Edamame (green soybeans)
Grilled beef tongue
Clam chowder
Personal preference: ★★★★★
A special order product from Machida Sake Brewery.
Fruity, sweet, moderately acidic, and mildly smooth. It is somewhere between junmai sake and junmai ginjo. Very tasty.
This is a great value for a 1,200 yen sake!
As the name suggests, there are some blank spots in the taste on the first day, but as the days go by, it softens and blends into a cohesive and delicious taste, just like the Machida Sake Brewery. For drinking at home.
Everything is private.
It's exciting!
It's unfiltered and raw, so there's an osmosis.
It's wild and exciting!
I thought it was refreshing, but as soon as it was exposed to air, the taste changed and became sweeter. ❣️
Hopefully we'll see you again next year: ❣️
Haruei Chichi! This year, ? s were few in number, she said! Liquor store N said only 12 bottles came in 😂.
They didn't ship last year and we? re lucky to have met you 😂😂.
R4BY Machida Brewery special order project?
Gorgeous ginjo aroma? (Fruit type?)
Sweet and juicy flavor, but the richness disappears surprisingly quickly, leaving a clean finish! 😍😍😍.
I was happy because it was the first time I was able to buy Machida Brewery's sake! (I wish there was a special distributor nearby...)
The best sake.
I really look forward to it every year, but this year's was a trihada of aromas when I just opened the package.
Daiginjo? A different direction from last year's?
Personally, I drank it the year before last? It was close to the one I drank the year before last.
The aroma is fresh, gassy, and melon-like.
Personally, the best sake I've ever tasted.
