Tasting at Okayama-san (3) Tomiou Jungin Hara YOAKE REBORN Well-balanced and easy to drink ❣️ Jungin Yamadanishiki (South) Sweet and fruity, slightly spicy and refreshing Minami Jungin Omachi Fruity and sour, a little spicy and refreshing, this one was my favorite! Ajigasawa Tokusyu Nama 4BY It has an apple-like flavor, sweet and sour, and a bit dry and refreshing. Flavor, sweet and sour, calm. Morimoto, Honorifuji, special pure aged draft 4BY. Chilli even after a year 😳 Sourness and umami The owner kept bringing us things that weren't on the list and heated up, which made us scream with joy 😂. I'm about to wrap it up as I have something else to do 💦.

Thanks again, Kozo 😆. I thought it would be more spicy since it's a Kochi sake, but it was rather refreshing 😳 I guess I shouldn't be afraid to drink it 😅 these days.

After visiting the grave, I went to Isetan. I was looking to buy a cup of Tomiou-san's sake for the 16th when I was caught by the clerk 😆 Unfortunately, there were no cups available, but I bought this one which I tasted. Unfortunately, they didn't have any cups, but I bought this one that I tasted! Sandesi. Polishing ratio 68 Alcohol 13%. Not much aroma, but when you drink it, it is sweet and sour, like a white wine. It is very smooth and easy to drink. ❣️ It's low in alcohol and even people who don't like sake can enjoy it! The third picture is other tasting. Top left: Summer Limited Junodai, fresh but very refreshing and a little spicy! Top right: Jun-gin all Kyoto rice, soft sweetness, refreshing and spicy! Bottom left Jun Daiginrei, very clear and clean taste For some reason, I was recommended to drink only the clear type, saying "this is dry" 😂. The only sweet Premiere Amour I had to ask to taste 😆.

Good evening, Ponchan 😀 This sake looks really easy to drink 🍶. It's a great feeling when you come across a good sake at a tasting 😇 I also went to Kyoto's Kamizo on the 17th, but they were sold out of the Daimonji no Okuribi sake😅.

Good evening, Pon-chan. It's still very hot, so I think it's good to drink low-alcohol, sweet and sour sake 🎵. I've been drinking a lot of summer sake lately, so I'd like to try some of the year-round strong type as well 😊.

Good evening, Pon-chan ^_^ I've had a few white wine-like drinks and they were all good, so this one looks good too👍. I should have used Sandesi in my review of Shimoda Reimei 🥲.

Hi, Hanapin 🐦. Before I know it, the bugs will be singing 🦗Autumn sake is on the line and usually I would buy cold sake right away, but this year I couldn't reach for it 💦It's still delicious 〰😂. You are continuing your abstinence from sake 😊👍

Hi Kojo 🐦. The waitresses here are tough 😂. Maybe the general public still likes the dry 💦 or maybe I just looked like a nightly drinker 😆.

Hello, ma-ki-san 🐦. Are you getting tired of summer sake? I usually say I want to drink fall sake already 😁, but with this heat this year, it's not so easy 💦, but I'm curious to see what's out there 😆.

Hi Manta 🐦. It's a bit sweet but easy to drink 😊Mrs. Might like it 😊❣️ Sandesi, while it's fun to drink a lot of different things, it's not very cosy and I've never had one that lasted this long either 😆.

Hi Waka 🐦. As I often say, the shopkeepers are tough 🤣 but it was nice to sample some Kyoto sake for the first time in a while 😁. In summer, drinking sweet and sour sake helps to relieve fatigue 😆👍.

Today's route Sugaura village - Yoshida sake brewery - Saba highway, Kutsuki inn - Koseiji temple - Kochiya Amida temple - Rurikoin temple It was a grand tour 😆. We successfully digested it all. All were good! Rurikouin was open only for a limited time, so it was crowded and ruined the atmosphere 😅. The staircase at Kochiya was a demon 💦. I will upload the sake from Yoshida Sake Brewery later. The photo is of the garden at Koseiji Temple. It is said that Ashikaga Yoshiharu created the garden when he stayed here to escape the upheaval in Kyoto. Then the Kutsuki Inn and the stairs up to Amida Temple in Kochiya. The evening is at a Kyoto izakaya. We had a whole meal of hamo (pike conger), manganji chili pepper, and saikyo yaki (Spanish mackerel grilled in Kyoto). The Tomio here is delicious 😋 hard, like hot spring water on the tongue. It was the ultimate in fruity. Tomorrow, we will finally visit that sake brewery in Fushimi 😎.

Tomiou Toubei Kakari" @Farewell party 720ml 6,600yen This luxurious sake is made by hanging the unrefined "Daiginjo Yamadanishiki" in a sake bag and collecting only the drops that naturally drip down without applying pressure. The time spent in low-temperature storage and aging produces a soft sweetness and a mild mouthfeel. Polishing ratio 39%, alcohol 17%, sake degree +1.5. Kitagawa Honke is a long-established sake brewery in Fushimi, Kyoto, with a history of over 360 years since the early Edo period. Tomio" was created in the 1900s. The name was derived from the Chinese expression "Tomi ko ko okina," which means "those who are rich in spirit will be happy in their later years," from the Four Books and Five Classics of China.

This is a big hit! If I were to use an analogy, it is the aroma of seared dried firefly squid overnight! I didn't know such a sake existed. The strength of the aroma and the power that only Yamahai can give is amazing. Please try it for yourself!

First Tomio. I bought it expecting it to be sweet and tasty, looking at the Alc. and Sake degree. As I expected, it was sweet and tasty, and I was right to buy it. The specs were as follows. Rice used = Japanese rice (place of origin unknown/koji and koji) Rice polishing ratio = 60:80 Alcohol content = 13 Sake meter = -34.0 Acidity = 4.3 (From the brewery's website) A versatile low-alcohol junmai sake that can be served with grilled pork belly, cheese, sashimi, or anything else. We can't help but hope for the release of a sparkling Premiere Amour (((^^;))), so we enjoyed this bottle from a prestigious brewery in Fushimi, Kyoto. _.) _(..._...)
