Tasted and purchased at Kyoto station.
It is like a traditional sake.
After the first sip, it was a bit muddy, but after that, there was no aftertaste.
It is not fruity, but rather a full-bodied sake with no cloying aftertaste.

We had the stable Tomio at the beginning and the end!
Hiya Oroshi
The ripeness is just right and not heavy!
The taste of Tomiou is just like Tomiou's taste! It tastes like Tomiou!
Freshly squeezed, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
It is easy to drink for me personally because it has a strong but sharp taste and astringency.
If you agree with my preference for sugar-free beer, I think you'll like it!
Uji Gyokuro Umeshu
Umeshu (plum wine) with a strong tea astringency!
This is delicious!
I prefer it to regular plum wine!
After all, Tomio is wonderful!
It's really good no matter what you drink!

Fushimi Ward, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture
Purchased at the directly-managed store Okina-ya, Fushimi, Japan on 9/20.
A faucet protrudes from a quaint earthen wall and is filled by a shopkeeper.
The aroma is a little sour.
The mouthfeel is clean, crisp, and easy to drink.
You can feel the umami of the rice afterwards.
The alcohol content is 17%, but it feels lighter on the palate than expected, while still being full of flavor and drinkable!

I was offered this to drink before I left.
Can you taste the rice flavor? I'm not sure 😅
I drank a little too much😆.
