But the area around Shijo-Karasuma is nice.
The sake here was even more aromatic, sticky, and delicious.

There are more stores than around Kyoto station and the prices are better👍It's a bit of a hassle, but I recommend Shijo 😊.

The back side of the company's base is a nice street lined with red lanterns

It's called Kuguri Nabe, but it's more like Shabu Shabu 🤔.
I chose this one to start with,
It's quite good💦.
