Purchased after visiting Japan's northernmost sake brewery.
Junmai Ginjo with the light flavor of Hokkaido rice.
Served with an interesting Hasami-ware tokkuri.
Standing drink CHOI as a reward for finishing the Hokkaido Marathon.
The only sake available in Hokkaido was Kuniumare.
It has the flavor of rice and is very easy to drink, and goes well with sashimi.
Sake brewed in Japan's northernmost brewery 🍶.
It has a light, mellow, refreshing taste with a pleasant aftertaste 😁.
It can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures, but I think cold sake is the only way to go this time of year!
Pairing with strong flavored food and seafood seems to be a good idea. ☺️
On the way to the sake camp, we stopped by Kunimare Sake Brewery to buy a limited quantity of Junmai Namaho sake from the brewery.
I am an amateur, but I could taste the lactic acid-like flavor characteristic of nama-moto, but it was easy to drink and tasted (supposedly) refreshing.
It was a great day to drink sake with the sea of Hatsuyamabetsu Village and Rishiri Fuji in the distance.
Souvenir No. 2
The first "Kunimare"!
This is also our first brand.
First, it was served at room temperature as indicated on the label.
The aroma is fruity.
The mouthfeel is smooth and clean.
The aftertaste is a little spicy and tasty.
and rice flavor in the aftertaste.
It will be interesting to see how it changes when chilled.
If it is a Daiginjo, it is ⁉️ clear and refreshing!
(Additional note)
The second day is also refreshing, but there is no change in taste and it is clear.
Degree of liking:★★★★☆
