Sake Expo 2025 SAKE EXPO⑬

I was curious about Kunimei, so I tried to drink it.
They said they didn't prepare the one without music playing, so I couldn't compare...
It was sweeter and a little more modern than the Junmai I've bought at Yodobashi in the past. I was surprised because I imagined it to be rough and dry.
I don't know if it's the effect of the music or if it originally tastes like this 🤔.
Clear and dry
Slight aroma, sharp attack. The taste is clean and dry. It goes in smoothly and has a good sharpness.
You will not get tired of drinking this sake 🤣.
My junior at work bought it for me as a souvenir from her honeymoon in Hokkaido 😊.
It's 300ml so it was an instant hit. It was delicious! Thank you, thank you for the treat 😄
Gentle sweetness and flavor like white rice
Aroma is quite strong.
But it is not the aroma of sake.
It is like eating freshly cooked rice...
I can imagine the view of rice fields with swaying ears of rice
A good feeling...☺️
And after the gentle feeling, a firm spiciness comes up to your throat.
I heard it is better to drink cold than cold sake.
Lukewarm sake is also good.
Purchased at New Chitose Airport as it is the northernmost sake brewery in Japan!
I received this as a gift from a person in Hokkaido on business.
It was so gorgeous and mild, and so easy to drink!
It was so easy to drink, I easily finished a bottle!
It goes well with cheese and crackers, and with dried firefly squid, a souvenir from the Noto Peninsula!
I honestly can't drink enough!
One more bottle to go: ......
I'll hold out...lol
