Tried it at room temperature, looks good hot.
Light and light, it seems to go well with grilled fish, dashimaki (Japanese rolls), and Japanese dishes with dashi broth.
Tonight we drink sake at Fujihan, a Hokkaido restaurant in Oimachi, Tokyo!
This is my first time to try Hokkaido sake.
I guess this one is a brewed sake.
It is not very spicy and has a clean, mellow taste. I thought the image on the bottle would be gusto, but it was not. It is easy to drink.
