My friend saw 📺Wakako sake and said "I really want to drink Hokkai Onikoroshi"!
I bought one for my friend and one for me after getting the information about the store that carries it from the Kansai branch of Sakegawa 😊.
It's a light, light, slightly spicy, slightly sweet sake that's more of a food sake than a stand-alone drink 👌.
I love it with my favorite Yokowa 🐟 sashimi 😍!

I bought this when I visited Kunimei Sake Brewery. It is said that this sake is only sold in the Rumoi area.
I bought it because it is the sweetest sake. As the description says, it is better to drink it at room temperature rather than chilled.
This is the first time I have enjoyed sake from Hokkaido.

This is a limited-edition sake my family bought me as a souvenir from Hokkaido.
This is my first time trying a sake made with the Ginpu rice variety.
The first sip, when well-chilled, had a crystal-clear taste, like a "snowfield where no footprints have yet fallen."
As the temperature rose, I could really sense the aroma and umami of the rice!

Easy to drink. Not too harsh. Goes well with fried horse mackerel. I was drunk after drinking half a bottle. Next time, I'll have a glass of cold sake with it.

I forgot to take a picture, so just a comment. After the live concert of my guess, we went to a seafood izakaya in Sapporo. I was impressed not only by the seafood but also by the delicious vegetables.
The first glass of sake was Kuniumare. It is a sake brewery in the town of Zuge. The name of the brewery claims to be in the northernmost part of Japan, and the name was given in honor of Kisuke Nogi.
The taste was round and mild. My memory is a little fuzzy because I was drunk💦.

Continued.
Special Junmai Sake
Purchased and drunk at Yodobashi in the past.
It is made from Gohyakumangoku sake produced in Honshu. It tastes just like sake.
The brewer said it goes well with sushi, and I really agree. In my previous post, I wrote that it tastes like a veteran enka singer 🤣.
Darvish drank this sake when he was a member of the Fighters and liked Kunimei.
Hokkaido limited edition Junmai Ginjo
This is also made with Ginpu.
Unlike previous sake, this one has a gorgeous ginjo aroma.
The taste is gentle and refreshing.
Hokkaido Limited Edition Junmai Daiginjo
Kitashizuku with a 35% rice polishing ratio and a high-cost price of a little over 3,000 yen.
Gorgeous fruity and elegant taste.
I thought it was good for New Year's 😁.

Is it lighter than the Jun Daiginjo-Kitashizuku?
Very elegant taste.
I thought, basically there are almost no sweet sake in Hokkaido 🤔.

The 3rd Yodobashi Umeda National Sake Festival (3)-1
I have the impression that Kunimeki is only available at Yodobashi events 🤔.
Kunimei Kaisen, a famous sake from Mashike
900ml bottle and label looks classic.
It is now a rare type of sake with added sugar. It is a refreshingly light sake with a hint of sweetness. Suitable for eating as its assertiveness is modest.
Hokkai Onikoroshi Genzake R40
This sake was released in its original form to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Hokkai Onikoroshi. The normal Onikoroshi is 17 degrees and this one is 20.5 degrees 😳.
It is thicker and punchier than the first one.
It is also good to drink on the rocks!
Junmai Ginpu Kunimare
The first two were alsobe, and from here on, the taste changes drastically with Junmai. It is a refreshing mid-meal drink.
I think I personally don't like the dryness of Junmai specs more than the dryness of Aru Soze 🤔.
I was allowed to drink all the varieties, so I'm running out of characters and will continue...
