My friend saw 📺Wakako sake and said "I really want to drink Hokkai Onikoroshi"!
I bought one for my friend and one for me after getting the information about the store that carries it from the Kansai branch of Sakegawa 😊.
It's a light, light, slightly spicy, slightly sweet sake that's more of a food sake than a stand-alone drink 👌.
I love it with my favorite Yokowa 🐟 sashimi 😍!

I bought this when I visited Kunimei Sake Brewery. It is said that this sake is only sold in the Rumoi area.
I bought it because it is the sweetest sake. As the description says, it is better to drink it at room temperature rather than chilled.
This is the first time I have enjoyed sake from Hokkaido.

This is a limited-edition sake my family bought me as a souvenir from Hokkaido.
This is my first time trying a sake made with the Ginpu rice variety.
The first sip, when well-chilled, had a crystal-clear taste, like a "snowfield where no footprints have yet fallen."
As the temperature rose, I could really sense the aroma and umami of the rice!

Easy to drink. Not too harsh. Goes well with fried horse mackerel. I was drunk after drinking half a bottle. Next time, I'll have a glass of cold sake with it.
