Bring in liquor delivered from your parents' house.
The aroma is fresh and clean.
When you drink it, it has a light syrupy sweetness and a soft graininess.
Slightly fruity.
The flavor is typical of sake, but it is easy to drink.
It is true that this is a sake for beginners,
It seems to be a good sake for beginners who want to try something other than fruity sake.
It is also good as a food sake.
Preference 3/5
This sake is widely recommended by the owner of the restaurant. I feel like I haven't had it in a long time, even though I live in Hokkaido.
It also has a slight sourness to it for me.
It seems that the drinks in the lounge have changed since mid-October
Kunimare from Maruta
It's a honjozo, but it's light on the palate.
I drink it on the rocks.
Haneda and Itami airports have famous sake in their lounges, but here in New Chitose, they don't have it yet!
I wonder what kind of system is used to select the sake.
After all, the old sake distributors might be in charge here!
Let's hope for the next brand change!
I wonder if Kamikawa Taisetsu, Goho, or Sanzen Sakura will be selected 🙏.
By the way, my favorite Fukurokuju, with the help of their liquor store, will continue to have Mie Sake Saku in their lineup!
I'm looking forward to it 😌.

After the beer toast, I had sake! Since the restaurant is located in Hokkaido, we had "Kunimare". We enjoyed the sake with oyster "nameko" style.
This is a limited edition Junmai Ginpu from Kunimei Shuzo, Japan's northernmost sake brewery, located in the town of Mashige, Hokkaido.
It is made from 100% Hokkaido-grown sake rice, Ginpu, and is a delicious sake that is refreshing and easy to drink with the flavor of rice.
