The second sake is from Japan's northernmost sake brewery, Kunimei! It's sake from Hokkaido - how could it not go well with crab! I thought. We had it with grilled crab meat in the shell as a side dish. Without a doubt, it was the perfect sake for crabs and seafood.

I thought, "I don't get a chance to travel around Hokkaido and drink local sake..." and then I found a Hokkaido bar nearby ✨. The specs are as per the label on the back, but it was just right for a "last drink by myself after I've already had a drink and I'm drunk" situation.
