It is light like a summer sake. Delicious again this year 😃 I was surprised that the alcohol is 14 degrees. I thought it would be lower.
The Akinatai fish seems to be undercooked, but it is cooked properly! But still, summer sake and akitogi...a little different atmosphere?
And the golden kabuto is still around too 🤣.
Sorry for the late review but this is my first beetle 😊It is very tasty with a strong sourness and slight gassiness typical of Senkou 😋.
It has a lemon squash feel with very little bitterness ✨.
The acidity is stronger than most Sentori and it's my kind of sake 🍶.
