Good evening 😃
Only a few days left this year...
I have not posted anything yet this year 😅...
I will upload them gradually 💦.
Well, I found a sake with this label: ❗️
I'm right in the middle of my generation, so I bought a set of Kenshiro and Raoh without hesitation 😁.
Apparently it's the legend of the end of the century salvation "Seishu" 😆.
It's really good ❗️
I felt like it was a waste to open it, but I took the plunge and popped it open.
The taste...I almost forgot...sorry 🙇🏻♂️
Kenshiro's one has a gentle aroma and a fresh, slightly sweet, sour and spicy taste 😅....
Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party (11)
Sake brought by Umaisan.
It was a gift from a sake brewer as a thank-you for participating in the Japanese Sake Festival as a staff member.
Fruity, sweet, delicious, and a little spicy.
It has both the flamboyance of daiginjo and the acidity of white malted rice.
It's a collaboration product with Fist of the North Star, and if you buy it, it's going to cost you a pretty good price 🤔.
I heard they also have Aizan in addition to the white malted rice.
Kobe Off-line Meeting Digest
We had a lot of Saga sake at the Osaka Monorail Saga Sake Event on Saturday, and on Sunday we attended the Kobe Off-line Meeting 😀.
The restaurant had prepared quite a bit of all-you-can-drink, but all that caught my eye was the sake that everyone brought 🤣.
We had so much Saga Sake the day before, and today I'm still eyeing the Saga Sake 😀.
Sake that is hard to find, such as Nabeshima's Junmai Daiginjo and Mitsutake's Junmai Daiginjo, one after the other 😇!
By the way, a member of Mitsutake's brewery was at the Osaka Monorail event 😀 I believe he volunteered at the Japanese Sake Fest.
I was a volunteer at the Japanese Sake Festival, and I think Umaisan was in charge of the event, but the brewery owner came to greet me at the event 😇.
I was surprised that they noticed me so well 🤣.
Mitsutake-san only participates in the Autumn Sake Festival, but he is a very interesting person, so please come to next year's Autumn Sake Festival in Osaka 😀.
Good morning, Yasbay, ❗️
Thank you for participating in the off-line meeting.
It is great fun when sake lovers get together and drink together. We enjoyed all the 👍sakes you brought 🤣.
Hi Robin 😀
Thank you very much for your help 🙏.
You all get into it every time you bring it in😇.
I had so much fun that I forgot to take pictures or write them down, so all the pictures this time are borrowed from you guys 🤣.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😀
It was a very intense 2 days of sake activities that I thoroughly enjoyed 😇.
As I thought, thanks to being a volunteer staff member at the Japanese Sake Fests in succession, I was able to get to know many people from various breweries 😀.
Yasbay, I know I'm late but thank you so much for the year-end party😊🙏.
It was the day after you drank so much🤣I drank one delicious drink after another and had nothing but delicious food 😂Thank you for the food 🙏.
Good evening, Pon 😀
Thank you very much 🙏.
It's no problem to have a good drink with a fun group of people 😇.
I look forward to seeing you again after the new year😇
I was on a business trip to Takeo Onsen and had a drink alone at a nearby izakaya.
After warming my body to the core in the hot spring, I felt the rich, mellow, and robust flavor of Mitsubu soak into my entire body. It also has a nice sharpness and gives a pleasant cool feeling to the body after a hot spring bath.
Drink cold.
Slightly yellow in color but clear
Weak ginjo aroma
Refreshing and full-bodied on the palate
The taste is mildly sharp.
Slight sweetness in the aftertaste
Overall, the taste is light and refreshing.
100% Yamadanishiki produced in Kagoshima
Alcohol content 13%.
Although it is a sake, it is sweet and easy to drink with little alcohol thanks to the Yamada-Nishiki.
It has a pineapple taste on the palate that you would not expect from the picture of Fist of the North Star. It is a delicious sake that quickly tightens up with a dry taste.
Staff Uma Uma Uma this time.
Mitsutake in charge. We tasted a variety of sake.
It is a fruity sake with a strong flavor of rice.
It has a good balance of umami and sharpness.
It is also good as a food sake.
The photos are more of the models than of the sake.
There were more photos of models.
