Sake made with Aizan. Sake degree -7 This is a raw version of the one we drank before. It is sweet and sour, juicier than the fire-aged version, and has a slightly fizzy taste. A little bitterness at the end. I prefer it to the hi-ire version.

Refreshing! At 13% alcohol by volume, it is low for a sake and easy to drink. It is not too floral, so it was a summer sake that could be enjoyed with a meal.

純吟はどれも美味い
I drank it after the Rao. After all, Junmai Daiginjo has a rounder taste and is easier to drink. The aftertaste is gone and the sweetness and fruity taste is increased. However, it is a pity that Junmai Daiginjo makes it difficult to express its individuality. If Hokuto Yusho Bashoken, which goes with pleasure, is released, it will be a terrible sake with a lot of angry faces.

純吟はどれも美味い
I found it at Aeon and was attracted by the printing on the can, so I bought it with Kenshiro. It is an aluminum can, so it might be good to drink it on the train. It is not a Junmai Daiginjo, so it has a bit of an alcoholic taste. There is a lingering aftertaste and it seems to disappear slowly. After this, I will try Junmai Daiginjo Hokuto Hyakusaiken.

Atataataa ‼︎ It would be a cup of Mr. Mitsutake's Hokuto Hyakusaiken with a punch of flavor and richness 😉 for a midsummer Tom Yum Kung hot pot of chili peppers, garlic🧄, and pak choi🌿 from Thailand🇹🇭. The battle is as evenly matched as it is competitive. I'm also interested in the Raoh that was next to the sales floor during the summer 😁.

8 points (wife: 7.5 points) Ingredients : Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Alcohol content : 14 Sake Degree : +2 Gift from a relative Silent when opened No gassiness Slight melon and rice malt overtones The same fruity aroma as the top rise, with a hint of amazake, a modest sweetness and a full rice flavor that spreads with a soft acidity, and a slight bitterness that is slightly bitter and finishes quickly. The sweetness and aroma are modest, but the umami of the rice can be felt, and the slightly bitter aftertaste in the second half gives it a crisp finish. A recipe from "Gohan for Men," meat tofu with barbecue sauce - went well with white fish in fish sauce milky soup and yellowtail sashimi! It also went well with pasta with sea chicken and salted kelp and 7-Eleven's basil pizza, which Masa-san taught me!
