(の)When I asked for sake from the Kinki region, he offered it to me. I drank Shiga's sake for the first time! I heard that Shiga is actually a prefecture with a lot of good sake 😌. The sweetness slowly spreads in your mouth, but it's refreshing! It was delicious, and went well with the dark miso-based snacks.

nitoGW is making a tour of breweries. Today we are at Shiga Fujii Honke in Asahi. You can keep drinking various kinds of sake for 1,500 yen. I especially like the barrel sake that you can drink in the historical brewery. 🎶. The best sake to drink against the thermal tank. 😃😀😀

BrubeckOmi tasted sake from Aisho. I failed to post this on Sake-no-Wawa. I think it was an authentic sake with a refreshing taste. My memory is a little hazy, but I'm sure it was a delicious sake. I'm sure it was...

しげー4.3/5.0 This is the second bottle of Risshun morning pressing, Rising Sun. Refreshing sweetness when opened. One sip and it is light overall, but has a good balance of sour and sweet tastes. The rest may be a matter of taste. Personally, I think the Chiyozu Toraya morning pressing from 2 years ago or the Gobashi from 3 years ago is better. Gobashi from two years ago was delicious.

noruThis sake is made with short-stalked Watarifune No. 2 rice, which has a long history in sake rice, and the rice polishing ratio is kept at 80%. The sake has a good sense of tanginess and astringency, as well as the unique acidity of a sake brewed using a traditional sake yeast yeast.

ポンちゃんPurchased at Takatsu. I was told by the liquor store that this freshly made sake grows better if you open it and let it sit for a bit 💦 Sorry for the delay in posting this. Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 17%. Freshly opened, it has a gorgeous aroma, some sweetness and umami, and a strong acidity that makes it fresh! And spiciness too! On the third day, the acidity subsides a little and the sweetness and umami become apparent! On the 5th day, the acidity subsides and the sweetness increases and it is delicious. ❣️ This sweetness is unique, and as bouken said, it is a sweetness without the fruitiness of candy! On the 6th day, the sweetness decreases and the flavor becomes more umami-centric. The 5th day after opening the bottle is the sweetest and my favorite 💕. This is a brewery that brews the sacred sake for the Shinmai Festival, which is only done at two breweries in the whole country! The sake is brought to the store after being prayed for at the Oloron Shrine next door and labeled on the morning of the day of brewing! Three tanks are staggered for brewing, and the best tank is filled on the day of brewing! Thank you very much for this extravagant and lucky sake!

ymdazGood evening, Pon-chan 😃. I was also drinking Senkou's Risshun Morning Squeeze, although it's a different brand, and I thought it tasted better after the second day than the first day: ❗️ If it peaks on the 5th day as well, I have to drink it up now 😅.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening Joe ☔. I'm so proud of you for noticing the rest of the tank 😳! Sorry, I forgot to ask 🤣It's a shame, if it tastes so close to the thing 😢.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening, ymdaz ☔. I see you grew them the same way! It depends on the brand and your taste... I can tell the sweetness when the acidity has settled down, so if you like sweet, it's good to let it sleep 😊If you like, let me know how it turns out 🙏.
Japanese>English
Rafa papaGood evening, Ponchan 😃 Risshun Shibori must be the best for tasting the change of taste 😆 It starts from the tight state 😋I couldn't buy Risshun Shibori this year too 😭I want to drink it next year 🤣.

SakemamireHello, Mr. Pon-chan. The rising sun, a brewery near my parents' house. I was at a yakitori restaurant the other day. "The Rising Sun, heated!" Yes! It's called "Asahi" or "Crossed Rising Sun". I was so embarrassed!
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんHi Sakemamire ☔. Your parents live near the brewery 😳‼️ I'm so jealous! And this one is more familiar, a rare pattern in the country 😁 I laughed so hard but I totally understand 😉.

boukenSweet aroma. Fresh and sweeter than expected. Unique sweetness like candy. Unique but interesting and delicious. The sweetness is like a floppy candy. More fruity than I expected, too. I think the Asahi Nikki Jusui Brewing I drank in the past also had a unique sweetness.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening bouken 🌙 Pero pero candy 🤣 indeed the sweetness is the sweetness of candy not fruit 😆 Today is the 5th day and it's the best 🤣 I'll keep trying until tomorrow ❣️
Japanese>English
boukenGood morning, Pon-chan 😃 I was thinking about the nostalgic sweetness of candy, but not normal candy, and I thought it must be peropero candy, right? I came to the conclusion that it is peropero candy 😋.

noruWe received this sake at a New Year's party. We were told that it was squeezed on New Year's Day, and with the seven gods of good fortune on the label, it was a perfect sake for the New Year. It has a slightly acidic, dry, and very easy-to-drink taste, and we enjoyed it with black beans.

コロポンI forgot to take a picture!!! What a lucky, fully reserved sake that you squeeze on New Year's Day and it arrives the next day 😭🙏🙏. It's too easy to drink...and too congratulatory...it's fresh but has a proper ginjo aroma, but not too sweet and not too spicy.... It's just so easy to drink. It's just so easy to drink. And it goes well with Osechi. It's horrible! I think I've gained so much weight!
