The name "ICHIDARUSHI SENZAN" comes from the Zen phrase "ICHI-U-RYU-JUN-SENZAN" (One Drop, One Thousand Mountains). We hope that this sake will enrich the hearts of those who encounter it, just as a single drop of rain can enrich many mountains and people.

This was the first time I drank Ichiju Senzan.
It is said to be a rather classical type of sake brewery in Gifu Prefecture.
Asahi no Yume is a rice rice grown mostly in Tochigi Prefecture.
The taste is crisp and smooth, with a tangy finish.
I felt a tangy taste in the latter half.
My first brand. The bright red bottle is impressive.
It has a nice balance of sweetness and bitterness with a strong gaseous taste, as if it were a rough runner. In the latter half of the bottle, the lees becomes stronger and it's like an adult not-so-sweet calpis soda.
I would like to try other brands in the series!

The acidity is juicy. It leaves a delicious taste on the tongue.
