As is typical of Hidahomare, there is no extra aroma, and it is well balanced and easy to drink. I wonder if the water is good. Of course, it's also good when heated.

I was attracted by the beauty of the bottle and bought it.
Not only the bottle, but also the contents were beautifully finished and the aroma and acidity were well balanced.
Denshu's Junmai Ginjo Comet also came in a red bottle, but I wonder if there is a meaning to it.

Yesterday, Yukachin-san, Ane-san, and a female friend of mine from Yokohama held a "Sake-no-wa" social event in Yokohama.
The place was Yukachin-san's recommended "Sake Labo".
We started at 5pm and drank all the sake we could until 10:30pm when the restaurant closed.
We had more than 15 kinds of delicious sake😋.

The next sake was "Ichidake Senzan".
It was my first time to drink this sake.

I didn't know there was a sake brewery in my hometown.
So there were many different types of rice, but I bought the standard one while looking at the pop-up.
Hmmm... raw sake? Spicy water... too light and dry...? Let's wait until it's room temperature. Yeah, it's got a sweetness to it, but it's got an overflowing alu taste. I think so. And the spiciness and bitterness. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but it's a good idea.
I'm hoping for a change in taste since it's raw sake. I'd like to try another brand from my home brewery.
