Drinking Gifu's Local Sake 2024 in Osaka①.
Before I post the Gifu sake I bought on a family vacation, here's a post from a previous event.
As usual, bouken and I attended the "Get Drunk on Gifu's Local Sake 2024" at Mydome Osaka, hosted by Ai LOVE Sake.
The meeting place at the station was complicated and we were going to be late, so we decided to head there directly.
When I arrived, bouken-san was talking with his favorite sake shop.
The first stop was the "Ichidotsusenzan" booth.
They brought all kinds of sake that they did not bring at the Japanese Sake Festival.
ICHIDUSHIKU SENZAN Comet Arahashiri Namazake.
It was like a red comet from the bottle.
Junmai Daiginjo Mikotsuru
I think it was a little bit lukewarm. It has a bit of bitterness from the umami,
Ichijiru Senzan Hachigannishiki Nama-nara Sake
Sharp and less sweet impression. It was clear and a little spicy.
Mino Kohmei Gifu no Natsu Junmai Ginjo Namaisouzake
I don't remember much about it because it was the second time I visited and drank it at the end of the day... I think it was refreshing.
I heard that there is no sales channel in Kansai and no special distributor.
