When you open it, it is so sparkling that it looks like soda water. It is easy to drink without any peculiarities. It was also delicious when heated. It was interesting to see how it moved when it was heated up, like it was alive. It was better when it was warmed up than when it was lukewarm. It was a great raw sake that didn't lose out when heated.
Tonight it is from Oita.
The sweetness and acidity are moderate, and the slight carbonation is a nice touch. Therefore, the sake goes down a treat.
It's nice. It reminded me of the old Mie Nishiki lightly cloudy sake.
It has a pleasantly gaseous and
and a pleasant sense of refreshment 😄
Dry sake goes well as a food sake, but this kind of sake is also good 👍.
but this kind of sake is also good 👍
Is it quite acidic?
Is it because it's a draft?
Is it because it's a bit dry?
I need to drink other sakes and study them too.
Good evening, Mr. Tawashi.
Thank you for your frequent 👍s on my noisy TL.
I think the strong acidity comes from the koji and is the work of the toji (master brewer) 😌.
I have the impression that all sake breweries that are concerned with acidity are good, so this is the first time I have seen this sake, but I was a little curious about it.
Houjun Tokubetsu Junmai Ochigarami Nama Shu
It's fluffy, fluffy, fluffy sweet and delicious. ☺️
I realized again that I like sweet sake better than dry sake.
The first sake of the year. It was served as a sacred sake.
It was light cloudy, low in acidity, crisp and clear, and extremely delicious! It is not thick, but really refreshing, with a gorgeous aroma and a good balance that makes it a good mid-meal sake! It was a great sake!
When I went out for a drink, I got to know the people who were there and we exchanged lines.
I became friends with the people I met and we exchanged lines, and this year I made more sake friends outside of SAKEWA 😆.
Houjun was recommended to me by one of them🎶.
Refreshing but juicy and fruity
Like a pear
Slightly gassy
A little bit gassy, a little bit fruity, a little bit gassy, a little bit gassy, a little bit gassy
I love it😍.
Oita is known for its shochu.
but the sake is also delicious⤴️⤴️.
I had never had Oita sake before, so I bought it.
It was a refreshing and easy to drink sake. Personally, I imagined it to be a bit more dry, but it wasn't that bad.
